The Soivohle label is a niche brand offering high-quality perfumes and body oils. The American label is part of Liz Zorn Perfumes, a company founded by Liz Zorn in the mid-1990s. The young perfumer has a strong artistic streak and wants to transfer the effects of music, poetry, dance, and painting into the world of fragrance. The niche label takes an extremely natural approach. Natural fragrances are, so to speak, the top priority when creating new formulas and recipes. That's why the label affectionately calls its fragrances “art in a bottle.” The names of the fragrances, such as Sage Leaf & Fir, Cedar & Gin Berry, and Cassis & Sweet Grass, underscore the concept.
The first five fragrances from Soivohle were introduced in the early 2000s and were available individually and as a collection. Even these fragrances were dominated by unaltered botanical oils, natural essences, and organic cane brandy. In addition to expanding its product range, Soivohle also pushed ahead with its distribution channels and has been available to order online since 2005.
When sales in the fragrance industry generally slumped at the start of the coronavirus pandemic in early 2020, Soivohle also found itself in difficulty. However, with the company's 20th anniversary approaching in 2022, Liz Zorn decided to restore her label to its former glory. Soivohle creations can be found on national and international fragrance portals and in the company's online store.
