Best Version for Warm Weather Wear
I have the eau de parfum and even though I love it, I don't reach for it outside of winter because it is a little too jammy and heavy on the amber for me. In this version the amber is toned way down, which makes it perfect for warm weather wear. It still smells like Stella, but it's not as heavy or oppressive in the heat. It's brighter and has a citrus fizzy quality, thanks to the citrus, freesia, and violet leaf which really compliments the Bulgarian rose.
At the time I purchased this it was winter, and I thought it was too light, but it really pops in the heat and surrounds me with beautiful, soft silage that lasts until I wash it off. It's bright, cheerful, and just plain pretty. If you want to wear a rose scent that isn't too much on warm days this is a nice one to try. I also found Paul Smith's Rose, Kardashian's Fleur Fatale, and Annick Goutel's Ce Soir Ou Jamais eau de toilette perfect for warm weather wear, though different rose varieties are used. But, just like the different roses in my garden, I love them all.

Freshly Squeezed with a Rosy Accompaniment
Today was the day - the long-anticipated Stella had to come along.

I had already tested the fragrance in winter and found it good then, but the initial spark only came today, in the spring sun, and with the - finally - pleasant temperatures.

An authentic, aquatic fruity mandarin, refined with lemon, freshly squeezed as if by Uncle Dittmeyer, and straight from the fridge.
Delicious and refreshing at the same time.
Very pleasant, and a bit warmer, rose and peony blend in, giving Stella an elegantly dreamy direction.
Amber appears soft and sweet, skillfully rounding off Stella.

A transparent, delicate fragrance, with a lively opening, a subtle elegance, and an almost romantic finish.
Appealing and multifaceted.

While packing, I discovered - believe it or not - a dusty Magnetic bottle, which made my purchase today perfect.

Pink Roses & Lemon Slices
~ Inspiration ~
The EDT from "Stella" caught my attention due to its rosy-citrus notes. I received a sample from dear Sabi to test.

~ Bottle ~
The hexagonal glass bottle with delicate pink dots and a cap appears elegant yet playfully cute to me, and I really like it. The neck of the bottle is gilded and features the name of the perfume "STELLA."

~ Fragrance ~
It starts citrusy fresh with slightly tart mandarins, lemons, and freesias. Lush (peony) roses and violet leaves form the floral-green heart. It gently fades with amber.

~ Longevity ~
On my skin, it lasts about 5 hours (a bit longer on clothing and hair). A few spritzes are enough for me; otherwise, it becomes a bit sharp and scratchy.

~ Occasion ~
A fresh, green rose scent for the warmer days in spring and summer (also suitable for the office).

~ Conclusion ~
Unfortunately, it is a tad too tart for me, but anyone who doesn't like overly sweet rose scents combined with lemon should definitely give this a try :)

Quickly gone, the good one.
Received a sample and was excited.
Tried it out in the morning. The first impression after spraying: Ah, mandarin. And a hint of lemon. Shortly after, my husband came in and I asked him to take a sniff. His comment after sniffing: I smell nothing.

That's true. The sillage is hardly present, apart from the brief first impression, Stella is quickly gone. The rose doesn't get a chance, and by the time the amber could unfold, Stella has disappeared. The scent didn't even leave a lasting impression on my clothes. It might be different with the perfume, but the EdT completely disappointed me. We could have been friends.

Synthetic floral scent... Roses definitely smell different. Pure rose oil, whether Bulgarian, Turkish, Persian, or Afghan... anyway.

Good mood: Juicy mandarin, playful rose, a hint of grape sugar. Synthetic notes noticeable, but tolerable for me. Summery, girlish.

Beautiful fresh mandarin, unfortunately overshadowed by clean, pink roses with lots of greenery. Bright, light, delicate, nice + fades quickly.

Basically a hit: delicate, light floral scent with beautiful rose & a zesty opening, subtle & office-friendly, affordable.

Wonderful spicy rose veil, modern and definitely not old-fashioned, pure understatement.

It was definitely more citrusy and zesty than the EdP! But it still kept the rose :)

A delicate, young rose kissed by dew meets the coolness of a new spring day. Fresh, floral, subtle, and gentle. I love Stella.

Juicy mandarin and rosy freshness create a great everyday scent. Simple yet different thanks to the mandarin. The bottle is very pretty!

According to ladies in D., Stella EdP/ EdT is being discontinued. Zesty, rosy; a fresher version of the EdP. Fits the current vibe.
