I hate that this is discontinued!
I loved Pop in the 2010s -- a perfect of the moment fragrance. Sweet, bubblegummy tuberose offset by a little sandalwood and some tomato leaf in the opening so it's not so sweet. It's something that few bubblegum tuberose perfumes do; match that sweetness with something interesting but not overwhelming.

It smells slightly powdery in the drydown, and ends up kind of smelling like a 90s barbie. I don't know how else to explain that, but it's just girly and fun without being cloying.

The drydown of Pop smells nearly like the drydown of Ellis Brooklyn Dear Sky, so if you're missing it, too, that gets you some of the way there. For now, I still have a travel rollerball and a 1oz bottle of this to enjoy, but when it's gone? I might shed a tear.

Pop Music
Oh, what a pretty bottle caught my eye?

A bright pink popping bubble tops the bottle.

At the same time, my friend texts me that she is at a party - under the motto: Hippen, Hoppen, Poppen.

What on earth has Dr. Edda gotten herself into?

We agree that the last term refers to pop music, even though the party motto can be interpreted quite ambiguously.

But Dr. Edda is a fun-loving gal who wants to dance - she doesn’t think much about the motto. Good for her.

One should open the doors wide when joy arrives.

And she joyfully hopped, hopped - and uh - danced to pop music and flirted until 6 in the morning.

A successful, carefree night. Pop by Stella would have fit in perfectly.

Because the cheerful scent has swing - and gets into the dancing feet.

Tuberose and sandalwood appear cheerful and light - even charmingly carefree.

I think Pop will suit my lively friend well - who, although she is already in her seventies, is still an tireless party girl - always surrounded by sunny boys.

That’s what I call aging with dignity.

POP for Summer Days
It smells very nice and above all unobtrusive. I never fear that I will drift through the world as a disturbing scent cloud, imposing my smell on others. It has a floral freshness and reminds me of summer. I always spray just a little in my hair behind my ears, and the scent lasts all day afterward. I like this Eau de Toilette extraordinarily, even though it is a bit expensive.

Sweet, woody, floral, with a powdery, green and fresh touch. Just absolutely wonderful.

Pungently sweet in a shocking, plastic kind of way. All floral. Good for an unapologetic girly statement scent tho.

Extremely sweet! It’s almost like a mixed drink with a fancy umbrella with a floral base.

Candied tuberose!

Floral-sweet feel-good scent with a drugstore vibe, way too expensive and not poppy enough, as it doesn't take risks and lacks impact.

It's not for me - artificial shampoo scent - more flop than pop

Nice-modern, hardly sweet, synthetic-indifferent.
Instead of tuberose + sandalwood - almost fruity-synthetic-creamy + a bit scratchy.
Bottle is original + spray is radiant.

Not a bubblegum tuberose, but a laundry detergent scent. Soapy, floral, and slightly synthetic. It leans towards Zadic & Voltaire.

Transparent tuberose paired with sandalwood. A fine companion.
