Indian Summer...
... comes to mind with Rouge Divin.

We live in a very rural area, and yesterday, during a walk on a beautiful autumn day through fields and meadows, this fragrance came to my mind, as it is for me the olfactory embodiment of a sunny autumn day in the form of a perfume.

The sun is shining, the air is mild and warm, the leaves are starting to change color, ripe fruit lies everywhere under the trees in the meadows, and in the evening it gets a bit hazy...
Rouge Divin is not a rustic nature scent, but the "autumn feeling" has been translated into a feminine and elegant perfume. The fragrance oscillates between euphoria and melancholy - just like autumn.

Apple, (distinct) plum, and cinnamon create this autumnal base mood (ripe fruit in the meadows), the freesia lets the sunshine sparkle, and heliotrope lays a powdery veil over the entire fragrance journey (= autumn mist).

I took it out of the cupboard today, and on this sunny and beautiful autumn day, it fits perfectly.

Delicate Cinnamon Plum Powder
Rouge Divin is difficult for me to describe because it is quite different from what I expected from Stendhal and because it is far removed from anything I know.
In another forum, I found the following fragrance notes:

Top: Orange, Apple, Freesia
Heart: Cinnamon, Plum, Heliotrope
Base: Vanilla, Patchouli, Cedarwood

I will still try to describe my impressions:
At first, I perceive Rouge Divin as spicy-fresh with a restrained warmth. I can actually detect the cinnamon. The spicy notes are accompanied by a light fruitiness that I would most closely associate with the plum and that never turns sweet.
This cinnamon plum is finely woven together with a dry vanilla powderiness (Heliotrope?). I'm not quite sure what role the patchouli plays here.
Despite the fragrance notes, Rouge Divin is not a gourmand for me. It is too unsweet, too light, and too refined. It never becomes truly fruity, never really cinnamon-like, or even vanilla-like.
I would most likely describe Rouge Divin as an adult - but definitely not outdated! - daytime scent or comfort fragrance.
I find the sillage quite close to the body and the longevity fairly good.
Rouge Divin doesn't really suit my taste, and I must admit that I prefer the other Stendhals. Nevertheless, it is a fine and well-crafted scent that will surely find admirers.
Perhaps it would appeal more to fans of, for example, "Anglomania." Not that there is a great similarity, but the spicy-oriental aspect is common. Only, where Anglomania is loud, Rouge Divin is understated.
By the way, I could also imagine the scent on men's skin.

The whole aura is thoroughly synthetic: powdery and fruity sweet, with undefinable notes, more like a deodorant than a perfume.

Smells like someone mixed one of those many men's deodorants with a bland trendy floral-fruity scent. Doesn't leave a lasting impression.

A very fruity-sweet women's fragrance that unfortunately drifts into an artificial synthetic scent, which feels too squeaky-pink and playful for me overall.

The bottle is divine, but the scent is sadly just a powdery-fruity-sweet something with no distinct notes.

Smells powdery and only slightly fruity. Reminds me of Lipstick on, gentle sillage like blush on the cheeks.

I can't agree that this scent is divine. Fruity-sweet with a slightly synthetic touch - sweet => only for ladies.
