The sun rises over the Red Sea. It rises majestically and bathes the city in golden light. The water at the harbor glistens gently. As the sun reveals some of its power, a cool stream of sea air surrounds you. You feel warmed and refreshed at the same time. Fine scents are everywhere in the air and combine to create an indescribable composition. A great feeling spreads through you. You greet the day with open arms, like an old friend.

Description:
Beginning with a light, almost gossamer citrus, the fragrance starts gently but powerfully. The top note is accompanied by floral notes. Chamomile can be detected, but blends into the overall composition. The fragrance follows an oriental theme that remains present throughout. The fragrance progression is relatively linear and difficult to put into words. I find that the individual fragrance notes come together to create a unique fragrance experience. It is a feeling of warmth and freshness that envelops and accompanies the wearer.

Performance:
In keeping with its origins, this candidate has plenty of steam on the boiler. The longevity is very good and easily surpasses the 10-hour mark. The sillage is strong but still pleasantly radiant. This fragrance is perceived without overwhelming its surroundings. The duration of the radiance is enormous. On my skin, the fragrance projects for at least 5-6 hours. If not even longer. Great!

Design bottle / packaging:
The packaging is elegant and gently frames the golden bottle. Black and gold. Delicate and unobtrusive. The bottle shines like the golden sun over Jeddah, the port city. A honeycomb pattern adorns the lid. The sprayer is solid. You get a great overall package here, which is strongly oriented towards the theme and the fragrance. Personally, I find the colorful bottles from the same company more beautiful, but that is purely a matter of taste.

Conclusion:
Here you get an incredibly high-quality overall package with a unique fragrance experience. Performance, value and quality. Everything is right here. This is fun. If you value new oriental experiences, far away from all the oud hammers, this is the one for you ;). The fragrance is not a blind-buy candidate, although it is very compatible. But it is special and has to suit the wearer and their taste. It is definitely worth a test and even a purchase for lovers.
