Ooh wee! That is some good stuff…
Oh god… Why do I love this so much… I’m not sure what it is that gives it it’s root beer, cola-like flavour, but to me it’s so delectable. I can sense the lemon, and the vanilla surely, but is what imparts what I consider a rootbeer candy-like smell… the tree bark?! I’ve smelt plain black musk, owning ASAQ’s as well… and I do not think it’s that. So, if there are no other ingredients that fit the bill… you can consider me a tree bark man! A dang tree bark fanatic! When I put this stuff on I lather it, and I’m normally loathe to do so but with the awesome price point how could a man not indulge.
As one would expect it does have a deep underlying musk that occasionally shows it’s hide, but never too much for me personally. I’ll go ahead and clarify for those who haven’t smelt or read about black musk before and say it’s of a fecal character, while simultaneously having the linen-cleanness of white musk to it. Fascinating stuff.
Sillage moderate, longevity phenomenal. Honestly most recommended to lovers of rootbeer, coca cola and musks! If I’m crazy here someone please tell me!!
