For crumb monsters

'Hope' - how fitting. After the rather musty colleagues '1948' and '1969' my hopes rested solely on '2020, Hope'.

And it all starts fresher than the representatives from the last century. Mandarin, scratchy underlay. The lavender quickly gives it everything; it chooses from the broad spectrum of its possibilities an almost spicy and bitter appearance, which I have not yet often had the chance to smell - if at all. Strong announcement! The acidity scratches past the cheesy feet, but basically its part is sparkling fresh and pleasant.

Aaaaaaber: In the process, a sweet almond note is added that drives the hitherto distinctive, gnarled, fresh interplay of lavender and mandarin against the wall. Like a well-groomed roughneck being forcibly squeezed into a pink tulle skirt. Soon '2020, Hope' reminds of a cookie with a bit of grated lemon peel.

It is well known that hope dies last. But she dies after all. Anyway, here, because the scent does not recover from this shock in the few remaining hours and at the latest from the progressive morning on my almond biscuit dough dominates. Only directly on the skin citric remains, otherwise it can hardly be felt.

Conclusion: Especially suitable for all those who are constantly hoping for biscuits. And of course I spontaneously remember the crumb monster.

I thank KingLui for the rehearsal.
