The Noble Scent of the Wild Rose
Sure, this fragrance can be rated controversially. Fragrance lovers who appreciate soft-sweet roses might stumble upon "Wild Roses" with their noses.
Also those who love it "bright and cheerful".
But for me, this scent is a true treasure trove of aromas that I partly miss in "modern" rose fragrances.
This rose corresponds to the true nature of these blossoms, which originally exhibit over 400 different scent molecules, very complex, ranging from "spicy" to "green" to "indolic" and "floral".
And in my opinion, this perfume embodies this complicated scent symphony par excellence. Friendly, yes, but not "sugary sweet". This friendliness is rather of a slightly rough nature. One should be able to interpret "rough exterior, soft core".
It is also surrounded by a kind of "darkness", of the sort that is "deep and protective".
Everything is further supported by patchouli and vetiver, which makes "Wild Rose" very mystical and mysterious.
Anyone who has ever smelled unfilled, extremely thorny "wild roses" (mostly Rosa Gallica) knows what I mean,
Firstly, the "wild roses" are the origin of all scented roses, refined through ever new crossings.
Secondly, "wild roses" contain almost ALL fragrance substances together, which creates an incredibly diverse aroma.
For me, one of THE ULTIMATE ROSE FRAGRANCES of all time.
