Artificial Leather Drenched in Syrup

Actually, I like fragrances with sweetness. They give the wearer a approachable, friendly aura. Noir Extreme is a good example of this: A blend of spices and floral elements, paired with a base of vanilla and amber, creates a balanced aromatic play.

With Ombré Leather, it's different. The fragrance aims to be reminiscent of Tuscan Leather, but in my opinion, it has turned into just a mélange of cloying sweetness and artificial leather. Cardamom, jasmine, leather, and amber come together here to create a tiring and disharmonious scent. One that is not "shaded" in its own right, but is easily overshadowed by other spicy fragrances.

Ombré Leather reminds me of the attempt to mask a potent, sometimes harsh smell - in this case, the leather - with sweetness. As if one had just been to the bathroom and wanted to cover the scent with a sweet room spray. However, this rarely succeeds, and what remains are scent components that try to combat each other in the space.

The longevity and sillage of Ombré Leather, however, are decent. For those who like the fragrance, there is nothing to complain about. The bottle also makes a good impression - simple, yet high-quality, and as the only component of the product, it lives up to the name "Shaded Leather".

Undoubtedly, Tuscan Leather is less suitable for everyday wear and not for every type of person. Nevertheless, I would prefer it over Ombré Leather. A moderate dosage and the right occasion create a unique, potent aura - all without overwhelming sweetness.
