Smells like Seventeen Magazine
I loved perfume (or at least the idea of it) as a teenager, but went through a long dry spell without it from college into adulthood. This was the first perfume I bought to try to get myself back into it. I was on a tight budget, and this was a very serviceable option! The bottle is huge, and it was maybe $30 from Nordstrom Rack. The scent is pretty, a very powdery and vanilla-y floral, but not head-turning. It smells exactly like Seventeen Magazine to me, not any individual perfume sample but the sum of all of them taken in from a distance as you flip through pages. My inner teenager would be so pleased. However, it's not very "me" as an adult. I prefer something brighter or something with more bite--something louder. This one is very quiet and sweet. These days, I mostly wear it when I'm layering with something else.
