Harmless Little Fruit
"L'Or Rouge" is not a bad fragrance in my perception of fruity scents, although it is a bit indifferent. Mainly, "L'Or Rouge" smells like a fruit mix enhanced with osmanthus. It is somewhat floral and lightly spicy until the heart note develops, but hardly sweet. The flowers fade away, while the peach-osmanthus accord becomes stronger. Patchouli is not perceptible to me. In the base, "L'Or Rouge" becomes creamy, as musk and presumably a sandalwood note do their work. "L'Or Rouge" is not a particularly inexpensive option for fruit fragrance lovers.
