Maximum entertaining pleasure.
CK Gold - the next offshoot in the CK One series and a blind buy for me. The whole series is so cheap to get, you can take a risk.
Based on the descriptions here, I had no idea what to expect: fresh, fruity, sweet, good for warmth, not for hot temperatures, feminine, unisex - it's all there. I think that always offers exciting opportunities to discover something.
What was the result? A sweet, fruity fragrance that is super pleasantly light and therefore easy to wear even in hot weather. It's unisex, but already on the edge of feminine. But it still works for me.
Although fruit is not listed here, it is really fruity. You can hardly find the typical CK DNA - at most in this basic lightness.
The fig is the star here - and it's well made. There is no development, the woods in the drydown are very gentle and barely noticeable.
Longevity and sillage - poor even by CK standards. You can smell any deodorant on your body for longer than this fragrance.
To sum up: entertaining, fruity-sweet pleasure that is light enough for summer - but where you have to walk around with the spray in your hand.
