Not worth the money

So Minuit Celeste put on and that's when Bastian noticed what the leathery-biting smell was earlier, or rather where it had originated. "Wool, that smells intensely fruity and tart at the same time, almost artificial. What is that supposed to be?"
"Probably tuberose mixed with something, I've smelled that before too."
"Smells like some kind of apple brandy, that's why you have that on, isn't it?"
"My Bois Fou from the same house went off, it smells similar, has apple tree wood in the notes. Has an air accord in it too, like this one does. Maybe blown over?"
"Wolle, I'm not an expert except at national team games but is that possible?"
"Well back when I worked at Dior, something similar happened. I used to get something in the Fahrenheit which is why there are all those mediocre flankers. Anyway, Minuit Celeste is a bit pungent."
They took their time rating it, the rockers threw another 20L barrel over the wall and the scent was allowed to work, to unfold.
"Isn't that your lawyer there, Cravache? There in the handcuffs?"
"Sorry, Mr. Wollny, little dispute in the harbor bar, probably stuck here longer than you it looks like."

After about an hour, the leather set in.
"Soft this doesn't strike me as, rather, brute and aggressively sweetly acrid due to the air accord. Or is that the tuberose?"
"For me, you only get to it after several hours. However, this is now so alienated that I am no longer so comfortable with the fragrance. The notes do not harmonize."
"That's right, wool. Shall we have a drink and get out of here? The keg is empty."

Minuit Celeste resembles Slow Explosions by IA and Bois Fou by the same house despite different notes. Here, the leather serves more as a primer; various fragrance components take place on top of the leather. So it is on the one hand the tuberose which seems very tart and lush here, on the other hand the leather merges with the air accord. This I find unpleasant, as it steers Minuit Celeste in a somewhat cheap synthetic direction. Overall, weak for the money.
