Dusty lemons...

Initial blast is citrus overload. Somewhat synthetic citrus cleaner smell. Very bright slightly sparkly. The citrus quickly gives way to reveal the floral notes and ginger. To my nose, especially if I put my nose directly on the skin, this reads as a dusty note. I believe that most people read this stage as citrusy and slightly creamy, and I also smell notes that read slightly more creamy if I pull my nose away from the skin but I have found that I struggle to detect the scent more than about six inches from the skin. It's entirely possible that my brand new bottle needs time to settle.

Overall this is a very nice scent and if you like citrus this is an easy blind buy. My wife who doesn't usually have much to say about my fragrances said it's one of the only interesting ones I've ever shown her. The only other time she's said that was about Platinum Égoïste Eau de Toilette Egoiste.

Edit: I would also like to mention that today I discovered that when layering this with Bal d'Afrique Eau de Parfum on drydown this smells kinda like a pretty good poor man's Fucking Fabulous Eau de Parfum obviously not identical but for the money a nice alternative

Edit 2: after a few days of wearing this the dustyness has left (I'm sure it's me and not the fragrance) and I get creamy citrus. It almost reads as a lemon herbal tea with cream. If you can imagine a citrus and tea sherbet that's kind of how my nose interprets it and I love It.

stronger version

I think, this is a stronger version and better than first one. On clothes, this one stays days! I aplied on my arm on saturday, and yesterday, when I got dressed with that jacket, my arm smelled like perfume! I will buy it, for sure! For spring and summer, its a banger! And the most important thing, its cheeaaaaap!

The first one, non intense version, when aplied the perfume, in a couple of hours, dissapeared.

Poca spesa tanta resa

Be che dire con due soldi portate a casa un profumone per l'estate imbattibile qui. Spenderesti 300 euro per profumi simili ed è una follia questa. Il profumo resta molto simile più a forever love di pana dora e afternoon swim di louis vuitton, per carita si avverte di piu la sinteticita delle note qui...ma la resa è pazzesca. Io lo Consiglio come profumo per tutti i giorni anche a 40 gradi. Ti ci fai il bagno

Cheap, fresh, citrusy

Opens up a bit too overly citrusy - like a hot lemon. Still pleasant and quickly it becomes a very citrusy fresh fragrance that is musky. I really enjoy it. Performance isn't the best probably around 5-6 hours on skin. Does't project all that much unless you over spray. However it is super cheap and smells great. Good for everyday and can be worn at night too.

The Right and the Left Twix

The trip to Zara a few weeks ago was actually meant to pick up a new bottle of Sunrise. But wait? Next to the fragrance was a tester of Sunrise Intense. I didn't even know it existed. No entry on Parfumo, no YouTube video. Apparently, I was one of the first to have it in hand.

I was all the more excited to compare the fragrances over time. It quickly became clear to me that the differences here can only be seen with a magnifying glass. In the first half hour, I found both to be very similar, with only the Intense appearing slightly fruitier compared to the citrusy Zara classic.

After purchasing and wearing it for a few weeks, I can now better pinpoint the subtle differences. The OG pushes the lemon forward more strongly, while the Intense has a gentler progression. The lemon is still there, but it feels creamier and better contained by the base.

I can't compare it to Imagination as I don't know it well enough. However, I see parallels to the previously unique "Allure Homme Édition Blanche (Eau de Parfum) | Chanel," which has already presented this creamy lemon in perfection.

Overall, the Intense in this creamy lemon variant feels very well balanced, and it leaves a lovely scent note on clothing for days. I am absolutely not a fan of Zara fragrances, but with this variant, they have truly delivered.
