Sand Desert at Sunset Intense Zara 2024

This SDAS is a more elegant, delicate and chocolatey version of the original. Although it resembles other Angel's Share clones, such as Khamrah Qahwa, this one is better blended and also has better performance.

Since it is more subtle than other clones, I find more versatile, so it can be used almost in any season, although it shines in fall and winter.

It goes without saying that the price-quality of this fragrance is impressive: you get a great smell, a more than decent duration and several compliments.

In short, I highly recommend buying it for personal use and It's perfect for a gift.

Angels share has reached aventus and br540 levels of getting cloned. I usually dont care for these but since the perfumer for angels share and this one is the same I bought it.

The scent: Its a pleasant smelling but insanely sweet gourmand that gets the dna 80% close to my nose. It doesnt smell as rich and lacks boozyness

Performance: Better than most zara fragrances but I still only get 3-4 jours with about 30 minutes to an hour of projection.

Bottle: It’s a simple are through glass bottle with a hideous gold cap. I dont like the bottle a lot to be honest but its not bad.

Overall: Pretty fragile, better than most Zara releases. Good for the cold weather and unisex.

I finally got my hands on this guy; SDaS Intense. And wow, Zara CAN drop good fragrances when they want to.

I believe Zara is slowly really getting it, how profitable and influential a good, affordable perfume can be. I expect more bangers like the two Intense versions in 2025.

Especially when you see that the creator here also made the OG "Angels' Share | Kilian," you realize Zara means business.

That said;

I primarily smell: tonka bean, vanilla, cinnamon, and amber VERY clearly. These four are, in my opinion, the dominant notes and form the base.

In the background lurk iris butter, cocoa, cedarwood, and incense. But that doesn’t mean you don’t perceive these ingredients. These four are more lurking in the background; like a big cat on the hunt.

It’s a heavy, spicy, sweet, and slightly woody scent.

The longevity should easily last 8 hours. The sillage is also really good in the first few hours, in my opinion.

However, I don’t see much similarity to "Khamrah / خمرة | Lattafa / لطافة" or "Angels' Share | Kilian." Sure, they are cinnamon gourmands, but that’s about it.

This boozy note is missing, which the other two have. But that doesn’t mean this one is a bad scent, no.

In my opinion, it’s one of the best Zara fragrances ever made.

What a development Zara has shown in their fragrances, simply amazing. I used to never pay much attention to Zara scents, but now there are real bangers among all the ordinary stuff.

For €25, it’s a great autumn or winter fragrance.

The price or the brand doesn’t determine whether a fragrance is good or bad.

It’s the juice and the nose that matter. Although we often let ourselves be manipulated by the price tag.

Not only one of the best Zara fragrances, but also one of my favorites from the last few years.

I haven't been in the perfume scene for very long like some others, but I can say with certainty that I have already tested a wide range of fragrances - from inexpensive €10 drugstore perfumes to luxurious niche fragrances costing €500 and more.
I am aware that many of these exclusive niche fragrances are not designed for the general public, but to be honest, only a few have truly excited me enough that I wanted to buy them.
Either I found them good but didn't know when I would ever wear them, or I simply didn't like them.
Then I stumbled upon an Instagram Reel. Zara sells a fragrance that has the DNA of Angels Share - a perfume that I personally really like. It became even more interesting when I found out that this fragrance was created by the same perfumer. I knew I had to test it, but not the regular one, rather the Intense version that takes the DNA and makes its own changes.

So I made my way to Zara. One single spray in the air was enough, and I knew immediately: I'm taking this one. The fragrance convinced me right away. It is warm, gourmand, and incredibly inviting, without the typical alcoholic note of the Angels Share DNA that bothered me about the DNA.
Instead, it takes the characteristic DNA and makes it more wearable and suitable for everyday use. For me, it's even a candidate for a signature scent for the cold months.

Anyone who likes the Angels Share DNA but hasn't been completely convinced by it so far should definitely give this fragrance a chance.

We don't even need to talk about the price - it's a Zara fragrance and therefore affordable. But what particularly surprised me was the exceptional longevity and sillage, which is rather atypical for Zara.
On me, it lasts easily eight hours, so I can still perceive it even after work. Other people have also noticed it on me hours after applying.

Once again at Zara and once again an impulse buy.
I already liked Sand Desert at Sunset very much, and now there is the whole thing as an Intense version.

Bought without trying it first, and yes, Zara has improved exactly in the right places.

With the "Normal" version, one could certainly criticize the longevity. With the Intense, there's nothing to complain about.
The scent still has that DNA, but it feels even more delicious and now lasts significantly longer.

In terms of price/quality, there's nothing to complain about, and it comes with a clear recommendation to buy.
