Airy, fresh, rose dominant
I've smelled plenty of rose dominant fragrances, and Onyx Air is certainly one of them. This one is supposed to be different because it is supposed to be slightly fresher and more of a summertime rose. However, when I smell rose fragrances, I always tend to associate them with winter due to the dark richness of the fragrance, and this one has that quality as well- therefore, I'd say this is a versatile fragrance that can be worn year round. If you are a woman wearing this, I believe this fragrance could be a statement piece- this can be worn in a business meeting. It's strong, it's sophisticated, and it projects very well. When it dries down, the rose settles and allows the other notes to come in- I don't get any cinnamon, but I do get that clove and musk (and honestly it's a bit of an artificial feel). I don't love this one- it was a blind buy on a recommendation, and I eventually might be letting this one go.
