It has edges and corners that not everyone will like
Wild Emerald is a fragrance that can definitely rub some people the wrong way.
The previous reviews seem to confirm this as well.
It has spicy facets that connect with the slightly earthy notes from the base.
This can be off-putting for some, but I personally find it absolutely fine.
I find it totally exciting!
The scent starts, in my perception, with fruity and spicy accents. However, fruity notes are not listed, which surprised me a bit. Either there are actually none present and the fruitiness comes from the rose, which can often have a fruity character, or it is the case that not all notes are listed, as is often the case.
After a few moments, these earthy facets from the base also begin to emerge. I like this mix in combination with the spiciness and the fruity hints.
It has its edges and corners, feels niche, but still exciting. I think it's great!
Over time, the rose becomes a bit more floral.
As time goes on, or towards the end of the progression, definitely some resinous sweet accents emerge, which become increasingly intense. The rose is then completely overshadowed, as is the edgy earthy part of the base. It is still slightly earthy, but much more pleasant.
Spicy facets are also still recognizable.
