Oud Beginner Recommendation
For those who want to get a whiff of the world of Oud without spending much money and without being overwhelmed, this fragrance comes highly recommended.
At first, the rose is very prominent, and one might wonder if it is actually a women's fragrance, but after just a few minutes, Oud notes, sacred-sounding incense notes, and a berry-light fresh touch emerge. By 10-15 minutes at the latest, we have arrived in the Orient, and the fragrance does not develop particularly strongly anymore, but it lasts a long time.
Like most fragrances in this category, this one also wants to be worn purposefully and meaningfully. Office, gym, or beach vacation are not its target audience. I rather see it in autumnal or wintry moods at evening events.
Although marketed as unisex, I would personally categorize it very clearly as a men's fragrance.
