A fragrant but weak lavender scent (EDIT: 13.03.2024)
Many thanks to Sören for the sample of Eau de Lavanda :-) I actually don't find this scent too bad, but at first, it reminds me of an insect repellent spray. Unfortunately, there is no real scent development here, as it lasts less than 2 hours on my skin. The sillage may be briefly noticeable, but then it quickly fades away with the fragrance.
The top note starts off alcoholically medicinal with a strong dose of lavender. Therefore, I initially think of a skin insect repellent spray. Following that are bergamot and rosemary, which make me start to like the scent. In the heart note, clary sage enhances this herbal and lavender-like impression. The base is so weak that, despite the fragrance pyramid, I find it very difficult to identify anything. Most likely, there is a bit of herbal and mossy notes.
In the end, this scent couldn't really convince me. Nevertheless, it was quite an interesting blend of a Chypre and Fougère fragrance with an underground performance.
EDIT 13.03.2024: Now I have come across a full 25ml spray bottle of this scent. Now I perceive the top note as even more citrusy and almost drifting into sourness. The overall impression has remained the same for me. The bottle can leave me again.
