French Vanilla Hand Lotion
I got this sample for free with my Decantalize order (shoutout to them!!) and I laughed a little. Crème of Clouds? What does that even mean? How would they make this smell creamy and airy? Sounds like a contradiction in a bottle. I hate-sniffed it out of pure curiosity. It's pretty okay.

As I suspected, it doesn't exactly live up to its oxymoronic name. It’s a super sweet vanilla cream type scent. Think French vanilla hand lotion. It's what I envision those ladies in the ads holding moisturizer next to their face in soft lighting smell like. That’s who I picture wearing this. Soft and sweet.

It’s like the baby version of a gourmand vanilla. Gives me ice cream vibes. But at the same time, it's kind of lotiony. The more I sniff it, the less I’d call it cloudy, and the more I’d say it’s creamy. Nothing complex, but it gets the job done.

Like all of these established cheapie brands, the quality’s impressive considering the price. Fragrance World knows how to crank out affordable stuff that doesn’t smell like doodoo. If you're into sweet, lotion vanilla scents, this one’s a safe bet for you.

Cream of Coconut
As a fan of Gourmands, Creme of Clouds was a fragrance I was curious about for a long time, but with the amount of new releases, it kept falling into oblivion.
I was also worried that it might just be another alternative to Bianco Latte, whose DNA I really like, but of which I already have a few very similar fragrances in my collection.

The fragrance starts immediately very milky and sweet.
The first thing I notice is an intense coconut note that is neither fresh nor watery, but very creamy and reminds me of a creamy coconut-vanilla cream.
It also smells like freshly baked, still warm waffles. Very tasty and delicious.
I also detect a hint of caramelized sugar, which gives the fragrance a slightly roasted note.
However, the chocolate never makes an appearance for me at any time.

"Creme of Clouds" is a very linear fragrance that does not undergo any major changes from the opening to the drydown. For me, coconut and vanilla are in the foreground throughout the entire fragrance and are present the whole time.

The longevity is unfortunately only moderate.
I perceive it for about 4 hours, after which it becomes very skin-deep.
The sillage is also very soft.
I would have liked a better performance from such a sweet gourmand.

Although "Creme of Clouds" is a unisex fragrance, I find it rather feminine.
To summarize, I really liked Creme of Clouds. A minimal similarity to Bianco Latte cannot be denied, but the creamy coconut note with the sugary warm vanilla makes it an independent fragrance for me.
If you like sweet gourmand fragrances with coconut, I can only recommend "Creme of Clouds".
I liked the fragrance so much that sooner or later a bottle will certainly be added to my collection.

Similar to the Bianco Latte, but still independent
At first I thought to myself, hey, that's Bianco Latte, but somehow in a worse version.
And yes, there are similarities to BL, but CoC is clearly independent.

The opening has a pleasant sweetness that smells quite synthetic at first.
After this initial synthetics have subsided, a lactonic, creamy vanilla with a light roasted aroma develops. This immediately evokes memories of freshly baked, caramelized waffles, similar to the process when sugar is caramelized during baking.

I perceive this roasted aroma somewhat more intensely in the DD, accompanied by milk and vanilla.
So no big change compared to the opening.
The fragrance is therefore quite linear and doesn't change much.

The performance could be better for such a sweet fragrance.
After just one hour I have to search for the fragrance, but even in the first hour it is not a "screamer".
Comparable fragrances such as Eclaire or Noor etc perform much better.

Although Creme of Clouds is classified as a women's fragrance, it is also wearable for men who prefer fragrances like Bianco Latte (W65%/35%M).

Conclusion: In summary, the fragrance can be described as nice, but not outstanding.
Unfortunately, I don't find it high quality enough and somehow this roasted aroma bothers me.
But if you can't get enough of the Bianco Latte DNA and are looking for a fragrance with an independent, waffle-like twist, you might find it here.

Sweet vanilla ice cream with freshly baked waffle
A really beautiful fragrance. I don't get a fragrance note here that bothers me. I could smell it all the time!

The scent is really sweet! I think it's the sweetest one I have. But it's still not just sweet and therefore seems "cheap". I find it really very appealing and nice and cozy! The scent also smells like perfume (probably mainly due to the musk) and not like you've rubbed yourself with vanilla ice cream and freshly baked waffles. ;-)

Nevertheless, I don't just use it as it is, I also use it to layer woody fragrances or fragrances that could do with a little more sweetness. Or even for sleeping. :-) I'll probably wear it on its own in winter when it's cold outside.

As already mentioned, the fragrance smells like a delicious perfume whose main protagonists are a super delicious, creamy and creamy vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce and a freshly baked waffle.

Personally, I don't find the scent very coconutty. And the chocolate note that is indicated is definitely a white chocolate for me!
