* Quick disclaimer: if you do not like incense, then this perfume is NOT for you!!
Before I buy any perfume (especially from online shops), I tend to do extensive research on it, which can last weeks, or even months at times, and then I'd make my decision.
For this specific perfume, I literally heard 2 of my favorite notes on it (Incense and Rose), and immediately blind bought it.
I was a little scared at first due to the lack of proper reviews on it, and also the fact that one of my fav content creators rated it to be mid. (At the end of the day it's all personal preference.)
The site says that this is a fresh, floral, and fruity perfume, which couldn't be farther from the truth. This is a dark, very incense-y, bakhoor-y kind of smell with hints of oud and rose.
The best way I can describe this smell is as if you somehow infused Bakhoor/incense with rosewater.
The rose on it is subtle, but adds a classy feel to it. The main highlight of this perfume is the bakhoor/incense. I'm a huge fan of incense, and seriously can't get enough of it.
The opening can be a bit harsh with lots of oud, but the drydown of this perfume is easily one of the classiest, and most sophisticated smells out there.
You wear this perfume when you want to be mysterious, yet noticed. You don't wear this perfume with a white t-shirt and jeans, this is a classy/all-black outfit kind of scent.
Performance wise, this is beyond nuclear. Easily 10+ hours on skin, with it projecting almost the whole duration. I got a compliment on it about 30 mins after spraying, and another one 8 hours later, with the same person asking me if I had reapplied it, (i didn't) BECAUSE IT'S SO STRONG!!
This easily climbed into my top 15 perfumes EVER despite wearing it only 2 times so far.
Ibraq absolutely smashed it with this one!!
