Sensual, high-quality, impressive

One of the best quality dark chocolate fragrances I know.

The dark chocolate is accompanied by orris butter, oud and a touch of ylang ylang.

In terms of performance, this perfume is an EDP but gives much more impressive performance.

Expensive price tag but the payoff is definitely worth it for lovers of Gourmand scents.

Chocolate Iris

A warm, creamy dark chocolate with a touch of earthy woods and blooming iris. Like a cup of spiced hot cocoa. The ginger and citrus lend a fresh bubbliness while the woody base ties everything together in a synergistic fashion, the soft sandalwood boosting the creaminess and effervescent top notes while the oud adds its earthiness plus a faint camphorous lift. No stank here. Moderately strong projection fades over 3-4hr, chocolate fading after 8hr+, longevity 12hr+ as a woody iris skin scent.

The ultimate chocolate iris scent. Shame they really take the piss out of you with that absolutely gross price point.

iris and cocoa butter cream with a little oud

you can appreciate the various ingredients here. very quality, creamy and very unisex! intense heat, as if it were a blanket of beautiful smells. the price makes it a little exploitable jewel, but it is also its beauty. I have the 15ml which I rarely use but I appreciate when I do. do you want something occasional, gourmand is nice creamy dusty? come here

From melted chocolate to cocoa suede

Melt My Heart, or meltmyheart, is inviting, warm, coy, and immediately expressive. It wears its heart on its sleeve, all billowing gusts of melting dark chocolate and buttery, bready orris, shouting eat me, eat me, eat me. It is so chocolatey at first that I want to laugh and eat my fingers at the same time. There is something very innocent about the way this smells; it's so big!

The silvery bitterness of orris exerts a sobering influence on the chocolate but doesn't truly hold its own until about five hours in, when I notice that the scent has turned from pure melted chocolate into a chocolate brown suede jacket. Towards the end, a hilariously greasy, coconutty sandalwood elbows its way onto the stage and proudly holds court there, combining with the chocolate to remind me, slightly queasily, of a mix between rancid butter and a stale Bounty Bar. It's almost embarrassingly good.
