Fruity Quattro Pizzi

I recently grabbed a sample of Mirage Exotique. The fragrance is quite okay and reminds me of Casamorati - Quattro Pizzi only much fruitier.

At the beginning you can strongly perceive a tangerine tuned with saffron, passion fruit is rather less present. In the drydown, it only smells like a mango rose. However, I perceive little to nothing of coconut and vanilla. You can smell the woods slightly in the background, which I like as I'm not the woody type.

Longevity and sillage are okay, but not particularly noticeable. Overall, Mirage Exotique is an "okay" fragrance for me, a little annoying, without a real highlight that blows you away.

Do I like you or not?

I have been in an inner conflict ever since I tested the fragrance. On the one hand, something inside me screams for enthusiasm and something repels me. But here's my first impression:
On the test strip, the fragrance was too sweet, too squeaky and shrill for me. The background was sultry and reminded me of La Capitale, although no oud is listed.

On the skin, however, a completely different house number.
On my arm, it is much less sweet, starting with a fruity fruit basket. In fact, I thought I could detect pineapple very clearly here, but according to the fragrance pyramid, this is not present either. The passion fruit becomes increasingly tart and bitter and the mango seems slightly unripe.
I find this constellation quite interesting and it doesn't make the fragrance too sweet or too "young".

The rose is a faithful companion from start to finish, but changes as it progresses. Initially perceived as soapy, it becomes quite elegant and mature after a while.

For me, all this would be a reason to order this fragrance immediately and rock it in summer. If it weren't for the overloaded dose of saffron So really so strong, so heavy leathery and leaves this fragrance sultry.
Headache spreads.
But it is precisely this combination of everything, including the light woods that round off the fragrance, that make it something special They give the fragrance character and make it recognizable. I want to like you so much, to make friends with you. But I don't see you in summer. As tropical and exotic as you may be.

A beautiful fruity sweetness meets rose and saffron. You come across as noble

Mirage Exotique is a great fruity fragrance that is beautifully elegant and sophisticated. A super balanced fruity sweetness combined with some rose & saffron. I found it okay the first time I wore it, better the second time and so it went on and on. In the meantime, it has grown on me.

The fragrance starts directly with these fruity, sweet notes of passion fruit, mango and mandarin. Personally, I smell the mango the most. However, the fruity sweetness is never too strong, but is perfectly balanced. The fruity elements are also directly countered by counterparts that offset this sweetness somewhat. In my opinion, you can immediately sense these hints of rose and saffron.

The whole thing then lasts a good while. Then, for me, pleasant woody nuances are added. The fragrance also gains some warmth.
The fruity impressions recede quite a bit, but I can still recognize fruity hints.

The fragrance is wonderfully unisex wearable and also has a really appealing performance. The fragrance always lasts between eight and nine hours on my skin.
The sillage is also really nice. I notice the fragrance around me every now and then and, as mentioned above, it smells elegant and sophisticated to me.
