Vibrato Far Away
A fragrance can only be judged properly in a 1:1 comparison, i.e. the original on the left arm, Oudywave on the right arm, and observing how they develop.
Qudywave makes a rather synthetic impression at first, with a strange, powerful mint accord that drowns everything else out, but becomes weaker over time. With time, Oudywave becomes more appealing, rounder- although the floral and fruity accords also lack the precision and naturalness of the original.
Basically, the general direction is right, but the fragrance does seem somewhat hazy. It does not smell like a fresh fruit basket - more like a colorful fruit purée with unknown ingredients.
Oudywave is certainly not a bad fragrance (moderate pricing), and is quite wearable in summer. Perhaps the bottle also needs to "mature" a little before it really gets going.
