Cool Jazzman

Recently I commented Compassionate Sandal of the Dubai label My Perfumes with all details concerning the composition (0% alcohol, 100% perfume oil), the high-quality bottle plus luxurious casket as well as the source of supply. As promised, I wanted to introduce another fragrance from the range, but my choice fell on Hot Vanilla.

First of all, all friends of vanilla or even vanilla-fixed must now be very brave: you won't find anything of your favourite fabric here. I don't know why this eau de parfum is called that way, but it has nothing to do with the pods of the tropical orchid plant.

If you continue reading, you should at least know that "Hot Vanilla" still has its olfactory justification. At the beginning, the perfume exudes a refined blend of fresh, fruity and floral notes. And this is not so intrusive, but rather timid, but with a subtly seductive charm.

With the keyword pineapple one could have possibly still thought of Aventus, however, also here a nil report. Fortunately, because "Hot Vanilla" develops relatively independently and makes room for a bright, cool version of the Jasmine after the short pineapple-citric prelude, which in turn gives the whole a carefree aura. In the background I hear the approach of a soapy nuance.

Towards the very late end, "Hot Vanilla" becomes slightly denser and more stable due to the heavier base notes, while the ingredients such as sandalwood, amber and musk remain relatively discreet. What remains until the end is this fresh citric-floral chord.

For me "Hot Vanilla" is rather a fresh floral scent, but interestingly enough not so feminine, but absolutely unisex. Normally floral scents cause discomfort, but with this one I had a good, if not positive feeling throughout and I am very happy about the lack of vanilla. All right!
