Endless Journey or Striking Success?
Let's take a look through the telescope:
The niche asteroid rushes in with a bitter orange chocolate and leaves a trail of rum behind it. Slowly, it spins on its axis, and additional spicy-herb notes join in. They throw my nose off balance. The scent oscillates between "not quite my thing, but okay" and "what's happening here." I don't smell the flowers, but I believe I can detect the rest of the fragrance pyramid. The asteroid shimmers from one note to the next, each component floats by and is gone before I can grasp it. After a while, the asteroid settles into an orbit and comes to rest between familiar sandalwood and tonka.
I find the beginning relatively challenging, but over time, the asteroid becomes more pleasant and wearable - it shares this trait with almost all niche fragrances I have tested so far.
Overall, it is a spicy unisex scent with parallels to men's fragrances.
Apparently, asteroids are by no means compact stone formations, but rather piles of debris held together by gravity. I'll leave it at that.
