Kajal Lamar? Maybe, but Delina? Never!
Delina and Kajal Lamar? This is how Al Mukhtalif smells according to some influencers.
But is that true?
In the opening, you get a wonderful fruit explosion.
Pear, bergamot, but above all pineapple are the most noticeable of all the fruity notes.
This mix of fresh, sour and sweet is perfect for summer.
But does Lamar smell like this? I don't know, because unfortunately I've never had the scent under my nose.
But where is Delina? The PdM is very floral and in the DD it actually becomes much more floral, but at no point does it smell like Delina.
Rose and jasmine are the floral notes I notice the most.
They give the fragrance a feminine touch.
Together with the pineapple, this creates a fruity floral DD.
In percentages, I would say that Al Mukhtalif smells 60% floral and 40% fruity.
This also makes the fragrance quite feminine and not really unisex, which is what I had actually hoped for (W80%/20%M).
Patchouli is also present here, providing a slightly woody spiciness.
The performance is awesome.
A few sprays are enough to smell good all day long.
So radiance and durability really strong.
Because Al Mukhtalif is fresh, subtly sour, sweet, fruity, floral and also slightly spicy, it is perfect for the summer and actually also for almost every season.
Unfortunately a little too feminine for me, but still surprisingly different from everything I know.
