Beautiful Flashback
As I had to pass the time in the drugstore I trust today, I came across this fragrance.
I had read the scent notes here before and had low expectations, but I was proven wrong.
Initially zesty and fruity, it quickly becomes very soft and powdery. But such a powderiness that is zero percent dry is something I have never smelled before - or?
When my waiting time was up, I smelled it again during the drive after a while and was blown away! I recognize this scent from my childhood, but unfortunately, I don't know where it's from, but it must have been something beautiful because every time I sniffed the test strip again, the scent brought a smile to my face.
I don't know the original from Armani, but I find the bottle beautiful. The bottle from One Avenue is also very nice. That's why I stopped at the next drugstore on my way home and bought it.
Edit: Now I know where I recognize the scent from: It is exactly the smell of a Rexona deodorant (limited edition) that I received as a gift in a nicely packaged set when I was 13 years old. So it seems that fragrances are similar to music: Much of it has been similar before, or maybe even exactly the same...
