An experience of a scent
This is one of those indie fragrances that’s not just a scent but an experience. Right off the bat this smells like a bar of chili-infused dark chocolate. Then the incense kicks in, hitting my nose the same way incense does, like it’s clearing out my sinuses. And finally, not-so-sweet vanilla, resinous labdanum and amber, and boozy mezcal. I’ve had issues with some Stone & Wit fragrances being dominated by one note, but this one is particularly well-blended. Each listed note is equally present and accounted for, balancing each other out.
