I feel so clean

I'll keep it short: first, a strong fresh citrus breeze reminiscent of 4711 Eau de Cologne envelops you, then it quickly becomes gentle. Clean, cool, soft, that's how the fragrance sits on the skin and makes you feel truly clean on stuffy, sultry summer days.

Musk here does not bring warmth, but only cool softness. It prevents the freshness from taking on any sharp, scratchy qualities. The orange blossoms dissipate quite early. Very pleasant, all of it. I also find it to be a fine summer scent for men.

By the way, it is highly recommended to generously and repeatedly spritz throughout the day, as otherwise, the magic will be gone very, very soon.

Simply put: orange blossoms and musk. Sometimes that’s all you need to be happy. Cheerfulness, lightheartedness, soothing and relaxation to spray on. A little fruity, a little clean, a little well-groomed, a little eau de cologne-ized. No oranges that are overly fruity, but creamy and intense orange blossoms, accompanied by cotton-soft musk, making everything waft even more gently. For spring and summer, for warm and hot temperatures, or when you miss the sun and summer, basically as an instant fair-weather substitute, good mood from the cheerfully orange bottle. An Eau de Toilette that also works as a body spray, because sillage, intensity, and longevity are rather finely dosed.
The "pure desire for orange blossom" from Yves Rocher, by the way, bears a great resemblance to the equally beautiful "Cologne" by Thierry Mugler - no wonder given the fragrance notes.

Orange Blossom

This fragrance made me realize how wonderful orange blossoms smell.
I find the scent beautifully fruity and fresh. Unfortunately, it’s not quite my fragrance, as I lost interest after half the bottle. I would rather buy a smaller version of the scent (if it’s available). Anyone who likes orange blossoms should definitely give this fragrance a try.
What I should also mention: My skin didn’t react well to the scent, as it had a slight allergic reaction.

Bitter Orange Blossom

The Pur Desir line from Yves Rocher, which has now been discontinued,
has released some beautiful soliflore fragrances, and today I would like to
write a few lines about the scent Pur Desir de Fleur d`Oranger.

About a year ago, I acquired a partially used bottle of it.
It has something interesting, but I wouldn’t exactly describe it as fresh-floral.
It starts off with everything it has, and according to the "fragrance pyramid," it should only be orange blossom
and musk, but I perceive something else, a bitter, nutty note,
and that is present right from the start. This note stays with me until the end, but it becomes softer.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t last very long; it stays on my skin for about 3-4 hours.
I would most associate this note with nutmeg.
Or does the musk develop this bitter quality due to my skin chemistry? It’s also possible that something
has already gone off here... in any case, I find the combination of orange blossom and nutmeg very
interesting, and it would also suit men well.
Somehow, I like this spiced orange.

Wonderful on the test strip, but a disaster on the skin

In my inexperience a few months ago, this fragrance was one of the first mispurchases I made - what first attracted me was the slightly orangey scent that unfolded on the test strip. A light spritz on my wrist reinforced my belief that it could suit me. The nasty surprise came after at most half an hour, when the scent "went wild" around my neck area - THAT was the fragrance I had always criticized as "I haven't showered in 3 months"-perfume.

At first, it is light and seems carefree, then it becomes too heavy and too stinky for me - I find the bottle, color, and the first minutes of scent development to be pure deception...
