A Perfect Movie Date indeed!

An incredibly delicious gourmand. The opening conjures images of popcorn, pretzels and candy bars, and a touch of coffee… It truly does remind, if one was lucky enough to have “movie nights” growing up whether at theaters or at home, of a warmhearted night in with friends and a bevy of everyone’s favorite treats. That is if everyone has quite a bit of a sweet tooth, haha. It doesn’t go overly sweet though, tempered by the oud, sandalwood, cocoa and butter. If you’re not a fan of buttery popcorn though—consider this perfume your enemy!

As the heart opens up a nice facet of caramelized kernel enters as well. The nearly unending drydown centers most around the vanilla and butter, and as expected of UCCA and their preposterous percentages, literally lasts for days. All in all, I’d say for many, this scent really is a Perfect Movie Date.

Perfect Scent for a Disney Movie Night

I imagine a rainy evening with icy temperatures for this scent. The wind is howling around the houses, and you’ve settled in with your chosen person on the sofa under a wool blanket. The popcorn and Disney-Pixar movies are already ready - all that’s missing is the hot chocolate and the perfect scent. This is where Perfect Movie Date by Ucca comes into play. With its sweet, creamy gourmand notes, it creates the perfect blend for a night for two.

For me, there is a very realistic and not overly sweet popcorn note present throughout. Additionally, there is a buttery and vanilla tonka bean that integrates perfectly without being intrusive. This bouquet of notes is continuously accompanied by woods, such as sandalwood and very soft oud.
