What else can I say about the fragrances? They are simply terrific.
Deserta is now the third Joschka/Vapormundum fragrance I've tested and this one convinced me again. I just love the Joschka fragrances.
Normally I would actually have to buy all of them at some point. Deserta actually feels like my current favorite, but that's how I felt about the other two before. I simply love them all.
The fragrance starts with an intense, very beautiful patchouli accord. I can really sense the patchouli from the start. It is slightly earthy, but still very pleasing.
Somehow it also has something slightly "sandy" at the beginning. It has a little bit of a warm desert air about it.
The fragrance is also already pleasantly spicy, woody and slightly sweet.
I actually get some slightly nutty chocolate vibes from time to time.
Somehow it feels like different impressions are active together right from the start and that just works really well.
Over time, the earthy theme becomes more intense. It also becomes a little spicier again.
Spicier but never in the sense of a spice bazaar or similar. It simply smells "differently spicy". Very, very fitting and really beautiful.
Somehow I imagine myself wearing a suit and having a business meeting in a room that is full of wooden furniture and everything is a little antique and classy in an old-school style. The Deserta would work perfectly here.
The performance is also really good once again.
The fragrance lasts about eight to nine hours on my skin and projects really well.
