This serpent is super green
Opens with a dry, dusty leather and crunchy brown leaves on top of strong snapped stem green notes. Florals are light, I don't get much (any?) of the absinthe or petrichor. Settles into a very green scent of leaves and stems and not much else. It's a nice scent if you're looking for that, but didn't deliver on expectations.

A review from a slavic amateur in his fragrance journey
This review comes from a consumer’s perspective .
This stuff rocks . I feel like an apex hunter when I spray this stuff on me. Its like when you imagine yourself lost in the woods , see some beautiful flowers thinking that you are safe but the moment that green leather hits yours nose , you are finito. It gives you that „you woke up in the wrong garden m****“. Its strong , the first time I sprayed it on my testing strip it almost smelled the whole day , and the smell changed to from time to time. The two 8 add ons (dlc I call them xD) are a nice touch. The floral is more if you wanna act innocent and all, but the fatal poison really indicates danger . Overall it kinda opened me a gate with no return, where I appreciate these type pf fragrances as an artform, a form of expression too.

Artistic perfumery at its finest
When I was a kid, I would often spend holidays in the nearby mountains – the Bieszczady. They’re located in south-eastern Poland and are known for their nature and remote areas.

If you wandered through these mountains, you would eventually discover one of the many beautiful meadows full of flowers, where the air is filled with a delicate, clean, and simply beautiful scent. There’s one kind of flower that radiates the most prominent aroma: the rose – sweet, green, and sophisticated. It feels like you could just sit down and admire the beauty of nature for hours.

Anyone who’s ever been in the mountains knows how moody they can be. One minute it’s sunny, and you’re surrounded by the sounds of nature; the next, everything goes dead silent, and dark storm clouds begin to cover the sky. Drawn in by nature’s masterpiece, you find yourself in a danger you didn’t realize was coming.

When you finally become aware of it, the smell of flowers – innocent and beautiful just a moment ago – transforms into something still beautiful, but now almost sinister. You can literally sense the danger – but surprisingly, it’s not the kind you’d run away from, but the kind you’d stare into.

Within seconds, you know you’re in serious trouble, but at the same time, you can’t help but notice another kind of beauty. Vivid colors contrasts with the dark sky, the scent of flowers mixes with the smell of damp soil; a hint of smokiness and burned resins drifts from a distant tree that’s just been struck by lightning.

That’s how I perceive Serpent, and I absolutely fell in love with it. This is what artistic perfumery is all about: it evokes memories. And while it’s clearly inspired by one thing – in this case, the serpent – it still leaves room for your own interpretation.

Not a fragrance. A summoning.

I've been following Milanscent's work for a long time, and ever since the announcement, I've been eagerly waiting to try this fragrance!
By a stroke of luck, I managed to get my hands on a sample.

The opening is sharp just like a snake bite! Quick and lethal. It truly delivers the punch you'd expect after reading the notes.
The leather and rose stay quietly in the background at first, waiting for the right moment to bloom eventually smoothing out and becoming incredibly addictive.

There’s a powerful sense of confidence in this scent. From the very first spray, I felt as though I had become the serpent, gliding through thorny rose bushes.

As it dries down, the scent of the rose's thorny stem and even the roots hidden deep in the soil emerge calming and balanced.

Perhaps this isn’t even a scent you wear in the traditional sense. It's more of a presence something watching from the shadows, waiting for the right moment to strike.
Yet still… it draws you in.
There is something hauntingly magnetic in it.
I have never felt anything quite like this.

One thing is certain it has a strong soul.
Huge congratulations to Milan and Joschka Klee for this masterpiece.

Lost in the garden of Eden
This is such a unique take on a green and floral fragarance. I’ll say that it gives you the feeling of a metallic garden with a sharp rose, the other 2 accords are really good as an idea, one of them it’s making it more animalic and unusual and the other one is chill and floral like a rany day, the performance? Really strong! Be gentle on spraying! Overall a great spring and summer scent!

Very sharp green anise note, synth leather, synth florals… lacks refinement, imo, but the idea is not bad per se. Not for me.

The scent incarnate basilisk! First it's a bright green, then the floral notes join in, somehow I sense a slight bitterness....

Different accents slightly spoil the scent for me (synthetic leather, saffron, a lot of musk). The layered notes add a bit of balance.
