From the dispute between dupe and original
Oh yeah, Dua is such a beast unto itself. If you look at recent forum posts, you'll quickly see that Dua or even other dupe companies don't necessarily meet with goodwill in the community.
One could now ask the question, what is the reason? Is it perfume purists who look at Dupe companies only with disgust? Or is it the irascibility that dupes actually come close to their beloved original, and only (partly) for a fraction of the price?
But that's not what this comment is supposed to be about :) This comment is supposed to be dedicated to Dua Intense Homme. On Dua's homepage it is described as an "inspiration" based on the Dior Homme Intense from 2007. So it's a dupe. Point taken. We don't need to talk about that. What we do need to talk about, however, is how close the Dua comes to the original. Having been the proud owner of the 2007 Dior Homme Intense for some time, I think I'm quite entitled to give my opinion. Let's get started:

The bottle:
Joar, we do not need to talk about it. Plainer than plain. Dua thinks that way costs are cut, but I'm quite sure that for a tiny bit of money you could organize a better bottle.

The fragrance:
The fragrance is now for a few months ,,matured'' and now has a chic dark yellow color.
The fragrance starts slightly bitter and with a certain sweet spice in the race. Something that I could also detect in the original. In the background joins something powdery to it.
After some time, the bitter note disappears into the background, and the sweetness comes more to the fore. I take a vanilla note was. Also I vermeine, slightly woody notes herauszuriechen.
I would not say that the dupe comes from the smell to 100% of the original. The Dior Homme Intense has in my opinion, a little more depth. This is something that I have noticed with most Dua fragrances. All smell them close to the original, but still they lack that certain something...
With the durability and sillage you can really not complain. The fragrance you smell from half the apartment and it lasts forever on the skin.

Conclusion:
To the 2007 version of the Dior Homme Intense one comes meanwhile as good as not at all ran. Is the Dua Intense Homme now the alternative to the "Holy Grail" of the Dior series? Yes and no I would say. Shipping and additional taxes can make the fragrance an expensive little joke. In terms of scent, everyone should have tried the fragrance. Whether it is worth the comparatively expensive price of a dupes, you have to know yourself.
I personally like the fragrance. For myself, it represents a good alternative to a fragrance that you can no longer get nowadays.
But as always: Make yourselves a picture of the fragrance :)

The beginning of a journey
Hui, my first comment on this site about a perfume. ^^

Accordingly, somehow fitting to dedicate my first comment to the fragrance, which led me on an olfactory journey. Well not quite, strictly speaking, the Esprit - Jeans Style Men was my first fragrance, but you apparently no longer get.

Where should I start with this fragrance only? For me personally with my tender 24 years, this fragrance awakens pure nostalgia. Earlier when I was still a little my father always wore the fragrance after showering. Back then, I associated the scent with a man. To me, it was clear that men were supposed to smell like Cool Water. Fresh out of the shower, and smelling freshly minty. In the meantime, my father only takes offense at the ungodly amount of bottlings/samples I have flying around at home.

The first time I bought myself the fragrance about 10 years ago. To this day, I buy the fragrance annually after, because in my opinion, there is no better "sporty" fresh fragrance.
Admittedly, I do not have much idea when sniffing individual fragrance components.

But what comes directly to you at the first spray, are the green notes and mint. This provides a class freshness kick, which ensures that you can wear the fragrance well in midsummer.

Comparisons to the vintage version of the fragrance I can unfortunately draw none, this is not known to me ^^

A problem what I have with the fragrance is that the scent does not remain particularly long on the skin. After a good hour I take the scent unfortunately no longer was.
At the low price of the fragrance but you can spray the fragrance several times a day without problems :)
