Heaven?
From sample to sample, I hanged myself and searched for the perfect woody scent.
After several suggestions in the fragrance consultation I came across this one.

So I ordered one rehearsal in summer and another one in autumn. With such expensive fragrances I have to look more closely because a 10ml sample is not enough, considering that the cheapest supplier advertises the 100ml for just under 200€. Accordingly, I was able to compare different batches.
The sample I ordered in the summer (19P11) had on my skin a medium silage but much better durability. And on the last sample the sillage was fortunately better. Now I can also say that the whole thing is ok, because the scent itself is like heaven on earth.

The Royale Oud actually starts with citric cedar wood. The bergamot refines the whole thing really well, there is also a sweet-peppery undertone. So that the whole morsh-(slightly) sweet-citric at the beginning works. Over the course of the fragrance after 1-2 hours we have more cedar, accompanied by angelica and galbanum. What seems so cheerful that the fragrance can't help but radiate level-headedness and self-confidence through the cedar wood, that also lifts the tip of my nose when I wear the fragrance (as already written). In me the fragrance has such a strong balance that I feel myself
Grounded. Through the feeling of having found what I am looking for and through the heavenly lightness through the really well combined notes, I can only come to one conclusion.

Wearable all year round, in summer I was hunted by wasps but hey. I'd fly after anybody who smelled like that. #nosexual

Fragrance 10/10 the sky in a bottle
Sillage 7,5/10 could be better for the price, but the surprise is big if you search forever for the scent on your arm and it comes flying by again because the durability
of 8-10 hours is really good. (8.5/10)

If heaven smelled like this, I'd never sin again...

Sticky fingers
What a time when I was still young, back then I went stalking with my former best friend in Kaufland on the hunt for free souvenirs. We always stopped at the row of shelves of the small music boxes and read these disappearances. When mine one was about to steal a pair. Of course the other one had to stand greasy. As chance would have it, in the opposite row there was the fragrance department. My colleague took a look around there as well, so as not to arouse suspicion he sprayed around a few times. When I had loaded the goods I hurried to him. When I arrived he had Otto Kern Signature in his paw and sprayed it at me as if it was a pistol. I said to him that we have to look for something we buy so that it doesn't show when we go out again.

So we walked on to the candy department and grabbed some puffed rice and a little chocolate. When we were at the checkout I was lucky to get an empty or almost empty till around lunchtime so I pretended to queue up right there and then thought about getting a malt beer for my colleague and me so that the cashier could see that I was really shopping A and B was wondering what I wanted with the brown bottles. Because during the checkout process she did not look at my much too wide trousers with the full pockets in which the stolen goods are hidden, but at the malt beer bottle. ;)

After the successful deed we went to my place, played PS2 and enjoyed the sweets. Later my mother came home and asked me directly what it smells like here. I wondered what she meant, and also asked directly: "what should it smell like?"
The conversation ended when my colleague at GTA San Andreas had collected 5 stars and nervously shouted around where to hide. Hachja GTA.

Later when the buddy was gone I had dinner with my mother and my brother, now my brother also asked: "Hey Dudi why do you smell so good? I wondered what they all want from me, smelled my sweater and noticed somewhere deep in the fabric a quite pleasant sweet creamy scent. After my observation I answered him that it was a Otto Kern scent. I admit not to have had any idea of the brand or fragrances in general. But I felt a little further into my early puberty phase that I immediately told my mother that I absolutely needed the scent.

Actually I noticed the scent a little bit during the day but didn't think anything of it.

My mother drove with me anyway the next day to the Kaufland shopping and there I was allowed to take the good one with me. 15€ the Plörre quite expensive, there was no pocket money for the rest of the month.

It was nice to meet you. I got older and older and used the fragrance very sparingly. I only wore it on important occasions, such as first days at school, "dates", birthday parties etc.

However, I bought him again and again. up to the time where I began my education so with 19, two things happened. my best at that time and I were already for a few years no longer so good with each other because we grew apart more and more, he 2 years older than I had older and older friends was also happy times in other things involved with which I wanted nothing to do. And I began my education, finally I could afford expensive fragrances and everything that still interests me today.
At that time I already had my girlfriend with whom I had been together for 2 years. We moved in together shortly after, once or twice a year I still wear the fragrance and each time my girlfriend tells me that it reminds her of the time when we first met and the beginning of our relationship, she thought of me, I of my youth and how I got the fragrance

The time passes, until today, where I once completely pulled up in my fragrance slider until the Signature shoots at me crooked from the back of the corner, there are still a few ML in it, I make in me on the hand and write this comment ...

After some time on Parfumo and with other fragrances I can finally take it apart,

The top note consists of synthetic / bergamot & cardamom, the cardamom comes up to the heart note to the orange blossom, where the two then meet the relatively creamy undertone of lavender (could also be due to the slightly musty cedar, which brings the softness from the base). But I also smell very little cinnamon. The whole wafer-thin is underlined by musk.
The tonka bean has a strong influence on the entire scent pyramid.

Silage is ok, durability on the skin relatively poor 2-3 hours, on clothes it lasts longer.

Stagnation is not for me, one stayed the way he is and the other is undemanding. So we parted ways. Now and then when we see each other I greet/spray you

Advanced apprentice
I close the store and prepare the shop, everything goes on its way.
Punctually the coffee is on my place in the staff room half an hour before opening time.

I sit there in my freshly ironed shirt and needle-striped double-breasted suit, waiting for my colleagues for a chat before the shift.

Temporally we are in the main season in spring.

The deputy branch manager enters the room,
and asks me what's that pungent smell

I applied 5 sprayers of Kalan 5 minutes before

Even I had to scatter myself briefly in front of the almost sneaker-like smell of the Sahara dry five times peppered blood orange that lay in the room
I knew directly that the whole thing was too much. Even after airing the whole thing was only discreetly bearable.

But between the almost poisonous smell there was something that fascinated me, somehow it was attractive for me, I already suspected that it could be the woods lying somewhere at the bottom of the fragrance.
Somehow I was hoping for it because the pyramid of scents appealed to me, I was interested in woody scents because I find the notes quite natural which I like very much.

Half an hour passed, the fragrance reached the heart note, a slightly friendlier orange blossom was added, also a fine touch of lavender. The blood orange remains.
As well as the woody undertone.

The fragrance is now much friendlier but still has an assertiveness that is second to none.

I go to my daily work, another colleague helps me briefly, I ask him what he thinks of the scent and he answers that you expect something like this when you see me.

I seem a bit arrogant to strangers outside of my work, well-versed and wiseacre at work now and then, yet I always remain polite and am never distracted or absent.

The scent helps me to stay myself at work without being too much of a pretender.
Anyone who's ever done behavioral analysis knows what I'm talking about.

I'm more of a choleric guy who's an initiator.
In company I tend to tend towards the sanguine, which often leads me to overshoot the mark and want to have everyone's attention.

The scent suits me like the almost on the eye.

At first sight a little bit strenuous, at second sight you learn to appreciate me and my always preceding way.

- Parfums de Marly Kalan.

Note: Not more than 3 sprayers with the experience comes the knowledge ;)

A hammer or the hammer, that is the question here!
Ladies and Gentlemen, this is my first comment.
(Please have mercy on the TF tear)..

In search of an autumn winter scent that should accompany me in the cold days I tested the Gentleman and Noir Extreme.
In a Douglas around the corner I found the potential victims of my newly formed luxury need.

For me, fragrances are more important in the first 3 hours than shelf life. Both are Power Houses. The gentleman wasn't very sweet after the Noir Extrem, but Noir Extrem got on my nerves too much (Too sweet scents or Gourmandig sweetness are not my case, but I hate chocolate as well). That's why I washed it off.

Continue in text-

Since I was a little irritated about the gentleman, I began to research.

Unfortunately I don't know DHI yet and I don't want to wear it until it's less people.
i only tried Valentino Uomo Intense.
I find the parallels to VUI.

However, I see the fragrance more independently than just a copy or dupe or anything else of VUI.
I find Gentleman in the early 20s years I'm in as the perfect suit companion for autumn!
It is so sweet but still so serious (not serious serious, but determinedly serious, appropriately serious...) thanks to the really discreetly perfectly detailed freshness in the first hour and a half. Afterwards the fragrance is refined to a warm vanilla coat and powdered, which clings so beautifully to you as
Caramel in a piece of chocolate.
Such a beautiful vanilla I smelled so far only rarely - exactly my taste.

a little pepper is added to say goodbye (discreet but perceptible), which gives the fragrance the final crowning masculinity.

It's an incredibly long-lasting fragrance that can compete with some of Rasasi's fragrances in terms of shelf life.

a toast to Nathalie Lorson...

Gentleman by Givenchy, You like sweet heavy fragrances, but want to come fresh, are young or want to feel young ?
This is your case/winter scent...
