Oh Juliette... why did it take me so long to find you? My journey began last year. The search for "my" signature fragrance. I now have a nice little collection and have already sunk a few euros into it. But I can't even wear most of it. I work in a profession that has been part of the so-called "body-related services" since coronavirus.
This means that I spend a lot of time in close quarters with my clients.

It would really be inappropriate to sit in a scented bell jar. What's more, my husband is not a perfume lover at all and he doesn't think I should wear perfume. I also have a dog and spend every free minute with him in the deepest forest. The forest dwellers wouldn't like it there either if a gigantic cloud of scent rolled through their living room. In fact, with one of my scents I was already afraid that I would attract the wild boars with it and walked quickly towards home.
It may sound paranoid, but I actually prefer to remain unnoticed in the forest.
And my dog, who has a very sensitive nose, should still like me.

Well... then just leave it alone, you could say, but somehow that doesn't work either. Unfortunately, I already feel the need to spray myself. That's why I prefer to deal with fragrances that are close to the body. The worse the sillage, the better for me. Basically, I just want to smell slightly perfumed for myself.
In my search for fragrances that are close to the skin, I quickly landed on molecular perfumes. At the top of the list is often Not a Perfume Eau de Parfum
For whatever reason, I was still interested in the others first . "Molécule 234-38 | Zarkoperfume" AnOther 13 Eau de Parfum and Molecule 01 . Juliette didn't appeal to me at first. Maybe it was the company name or the bottle? Neither appealed to me straight away. I recently gave Juliette a chance after all, starting with a small sample. One is capable of learning and what can I say? I am totally thrilled. Not a Perfume Eau de Parfum smells slightly floral, smoky and synthetic to me. I definitely notice the fragrance. There is something mysterious about the scent that fascinates me. Is it perhaps the suspected hedion?

It disappears on me during the day and after work I have the feeling that there is nothing left. Aaaabut: I actually feel clean, fresh and fragrant all day long, even if it doesn't smell at all. It's more of a feeling than a scent. So it's exactly what I need and want. To feel fresh and perfumed without leaving a trail of fragrance behind me. My husband notices it when I spray it twice. It goes through just once.
Juliette is a great everyday companion that will probably become a permanent fixture in my collection. I have already bought a 50 ml bottle. A clear recommendation if you want a subtle fragrance.

For me, the very best perfume ever. I wore it for years, just that . I only had this one fragrance. I didn't need any more. I was completely happy with it and received compliments almost every day. My mother's friend wore it first, then my mother and then me. My mother gave me a bottle every year for my birthday until production was suddenly discontinued. Why? I still haven't found an equal replacement. It smelled different for each of us. For my mom, it smelled like mom, security, warmth and home. Her friend smelled of luxury and joie de vivre. I can't say how others perceived it on me. I remember the fragrance as flowery and powdery, elegant and, as I said, I received permanent compliments for it. It is a great pity that it has been discontinued. Boudoir Eau de Parfum ... I miss you.

Oh yes... hardly any fragrance in my collection is as exciting, transformable and confusing as this one. It was a blind buy, straight from Le Labo.

Pretty naive to buy such an expensive fragrance blind. But something told me that I had to have it. I generally really like vanilla scents. Then the first sniff... yeah, it's great, somehow I'm really pleased that it wasn't a bad buy. The scent is sweetish, animalic. Very creamy - powdery with floral undertones and slightly gourmand. And incredibly intense.

If I treat myself to a spray at 7.00 a.m. in the morning, I can smell it very intensely all day long (which is exactly my problem) and even in bed at 10.00 p.m. in the evening I can still clearly smell it. And I actually like it best in the evening in drydown. That's when it smells wonderfully like vanilla to me. And it is precisely this vanilla that I love. Unfortunately, it is too intense for me during the day and I have often apologized to my customers that I am so intensely perfumed, but unfortunately I have to be considerate of my surroundings. If I were alone all day, I might like the intensity. Although I have regretted spraying it on from time to time. Once I dared to spray 2 sprays in the morning and my mother-in-law almost threw me out of the car. And she can actually take a lot

Now the mysterious fragrance is resting in my fragrance dungeon. I don't dare use it at the moment.

But every now and then I sniff the bottle and love what I smell.maybe it's not the right time for us yet.we can't part with it yet. If only it was the same when I sprayed it as it is at the end of the day, that would be a dream. maybe I'll fill some into a roll-on so that I can only apply a very small hint.

My perfume journey actually began with "Molécule 234-38 | Zarkoperfume". I was looking for THAT one fragrance and scoured the net. I quickly came across molecular fragrances, which immediately fascinated me. Our small perfumery in town was having a 20% promotion and I bought my first Zarko. After a very short time, Cloud Collection (No.1) and Quantum Molécule followed
For a while, "Molécule 234-38 | Zarkoperfume" disappeared into my cupboard and was forgotten. At the time, I found it very soft, smoky and only very subtly perceptible. Nevertheless, it was very nice, but somehow not enough for me, and now that I have tried various molecular fragrances, "Molécule 234-38 | Zarkoperfume" was allowed back on my skin. And today I find it completely different... much more intense, somewhat sweet... very woody... difficult to describe but fantastically beautiful. Somehow much more intense than a year ago. Nevertheless, not intrusive and close to the skin. As I spend a lot of time with my customers, this is exactly the kind of fragrance that is perfect for me. I will definitely be using it more often now.

A fragrance that promises to make others find you more attractive?
I think it's great, I must have it.

Unfortunately, it won't be my favorite signature. I really like the scent, the almond really stands out." You smell like a Christmas market". That's how my work colleague described the fragrance.
But Christmas market in a positive sense. How delicious, cozy, homely. That's how the scent feels to me too. Cozy, delicious. But you should use it sparingly. I find it very strong and the durability is also very good. The sweet fragrance stays with me all day. However, I don't smell strawberry or cream. It's more the almond that dominates the fragrance. I have become a bit of a Hedoin fan and would also like a fragrance with Hedoin that smells a little less like a Christmas market.
Definitely worth a purchase whether or not the hedoin has a subconsciously positive influence on the other person.
