Unexpected Mona
I am a huge fan of Histoires de Parfums in general. I could see and sense the story behind everything I tried. Same goes with the amazing 7753. I was about to order a discovery kit and when I saw it and had a quick glance at the notes I instantly thought 'that's the one for me'.

7753 opens sharp and green with ivy along with the bitterness of the galbanum and reminds me of classic women perfumes. A good amount of freshness as well coming from the bergamot. So far nothing new I thought to myself. But as you give it some time to unfold it'll definitely enchant you. Tuberose is presented at first intense and "cold"almost unapproachable. I felt the creamy side of the flower petals after the initial 30 minutes. Mixed with heliotrope, a powdery base is created on a top of a strong woody background. Vetiver definitely provided a new aspect in this perfume we couldn't even think of.

Overall 7753 is a white floral perfume with strong green notes. It was described to me at first as a "dark" tuberose. However I do not see anything dark to it. To me it is a fresh white floral scent carefully structured. A delightful timeless perfume with subtle charm in contrary with the modern "in your face" white floral perfumes. Definitely modern but with a vintage quality to it. Unexpected features but undoubtedly beautiful. It does not try to be likable hence its soft side is hidden in the first place. It's our job to explore and appreciate it.
