After Antaeus in the 80s, only one fragrance managed to completely capture me on the spot, and that was Déclaration - at the beginning of the millennium in a 2 ml tube thrown behind. It's too "special" to be everybody's darling, and on top of that it probably doesn't develop equally well on every skin, but it seemed to me from the beginning like it was only made for me. Anyone who thinks they can find pleasure in Déclaration on the basis of the ingredients should not be irritated by negative assessments and test the scent on the skin. Bad luck if it goes wrong, but a great experience if it "fits". Pleasing for vegans: according to Cartier customer service, Déclaration does not contain any substances of animal origin.
