Syrupy but interesting
Far, far too much unbalanced sweetness, which is a shame, because I quite like the marzipan/amaretto and coffee notes. The coffee and almond are not intense or bitter enough to provide a much needed edge to the saccharine stickiness.
Probably one of the better coffee replication scents I've tested. The coffee is distinct, the lactonic notes (which are almost always a flop in my opinion) pair surprisingly well with the almond notes, and it doesn't overstay its welcome like Follow(ed) by Kerosene. It would have been perfect if Mancera dialed down the sugary notes.
Fairly linear, which is fine, and good perfomer

Wood overdose
I love the opening for this one- the rose and oud are blended quite well and evoke cacao despite the lack of any raw cacao materials in the perfume. I can understand why cacao was erroneously included in the notes on the worse fragrance website.
I am less fond of the woody notes. I think they are far too strong, and when the rose begins to fade and all that remains is sharp, biting wood, the scent begins to grate on me.
Performance is on par with any other predominately woody fragrances- which is to say it's a very strong performer. While you won't be choking out a crowded room, people will smell you when you walk in. It lasts exceptionally long as well.

Sandalwood and amber with restraint
Smells like a dry shampoo I used to use. A sort of musky, faintly fruity, sandalwood/amber scent. The sandalwood and amber are quite modest in this one and aren't at all overpowering as I tend to find them in other perfumes. Everything about this is measured and refined, and while it doesn't suit my personal tastes, I have to recognize that this is a very skillfully blended perfume.
It's a fairly subdued and subtle fragrance, so its projection will naturally be somewhat lacking. More of an "in the office" kind of perfume than "beastmode." Longevity is similarly "just okay."

Edgy Grandma
I don't see this as especially powdery- not that I mind much either way. What I do smell is a lot of bright florals with a darker, leathery/ambery side. Its kind of a traditional granny scent, which I suppose it meant to be the "palaces" part of the name, and the leather is meant to be the "putain". It's an interesting modern spin on a very classic DNA
The fragrance performs pretty well. I'm still detecting it 8 hours after application. It projects well without choking out everyone downwind of you, which is my personal goldilocks zone.

Interesting, but not quite remarkable
Sweet, slightly spiced grapefruit, with a floral jasmine and peppercorn base. Champagne notes are very short lived, and I hardly detect sandalwood at all (which is, in my opinion, a good thing, as I find sandalwood to be overpowering and overdone.)
Perhaps citrus notes just cling to my skin very well, but the grapefruit notes are very persistent in this fragrance, lending more color to the overall formulation.
Longevity is not the greatest. Nothing in the ELDO family is "beast-mode," but Remarkable People has an especially intimate projection. and persistence.
Overall, it's a unique perfume, but nothing about it really stands out as exceptional.
