Very nondescript yet so familiar...
The name for this scent, Kitten Fur, is very apt yet the scent itself evokes so much more.

It's very nostalgic: somewhat sweet like vanilla, light and powdery like baby powder, soft and musky like a baby (kitten or human). It smells like soapless soap, freshly shampooed fur, and a newborn baby—all at once.

This is a pretty genius fragrance if you ask me. Clean, intimate, good for any occasion. I got the perfume roll-on of this and the sillage was moderate and the longevity was about 7 hours on me.

Cloud's classier twin
I finally tried my sample of this and, personally, I really love it.

This starts out sweet like cotton candy and remains that way for most of the wear. About two hours in, a warm spiciness comes out. Three hours in, I get the cedar note which adds a coniferous freshness to the sweetness of the fragrance. A couple of hours after this, it's still faintly sweet but the woodsier side emerges and provides a full-bodied base. This lasted for about eight hours on me before I had to stick my nose to my wrist to smell it.

The earlier reviews had me scared I'd smell like scorched hospital urine or something but it smells sweet, a little spicy and, overall, lovely. It was strange when I first sprayed it because it literally smelled like Ariana Grande's Cloud to me (which I also adore).

Overall, I really enjoyed BR540 and urge everyone to sample it before taking these reviews at face value. Apparently, ambroxan is fickle and pretty hit or miss with people due to genes.
(Sidenote: I'm going to start referring to BR540 as "the expensive Cloud dupe" even though idk which came first (and don't tell me—I don't care)).

Heavy Cream's more tropical sister
I was so excited about Choux Choux but it was a bit disappointing. Like some of the other reviews I'd seen on other sites, I also picked up on the coconut smell which I do not enjoy whatsoever.

At first spray, it was very lemony (not like cleaning products but like edible lemon) with a bit of creaminess. But then it immediately became coconut-y and the citrus aspect faded after about an hour. The coconut unfortunately lasted for about 3 hours before I could smell anything else from this. Once it faded, I could pick up on the sweet vanilla, more of the lactonic whipped cream aspect, as well as a powdery marshmallow-like element. Later, about 5 hours into the wear, I got a hint of cacao and then the aromatic sandalwood.

I didn't pick up on any caramel or mocha notes at all. The sillage was moderate and the longevity was very long, I dabbed it on at 8 am and could still smell it on my wrist when I went to bed. The latter half of the wear was lovely and what I was hoping the whole perfume would be like. I don't really know where the coconut of it all comes from—my best guess would be that it's something about the cream and/or the salt notes interacting. Overall, it really reminds me of Heavy Cream by Phlur but with a longer-lasting coconut smell.
