One word...
To describe this fragrance, one word is enough: Boring.
Smelled a thousand times, nothing new, no innovation.
What a shame, the bottle looks beautiful.
Gucci no longer convinces me with its new fragrances (-> Flora Garden Collection *yawn*)...
I hope they come up with something new soon, because the old fragrances were great (Rush, Gucci1&2, Gucci by Gucci,...).
As my predecessor already mentioned, the scent remains the same until the end, nothing changes at all and the longevity can also be rated as weak.

I smell like an alcoholic...
... was my first impression after I sprayed this perfume on my wrist.
But relatively quickly, the unpleasant smell faded, and it began to smell warmer, very vanilla-like and amber.
That's basically the scent, as you can see from the notes above, it is very simply constructed. I didn't pick up any peach or rose, not even with a lot of imagination. Still, I find this scent very extravagant and beautiful for the colder season.
But depending on skin chemistry, it naturally smells different; on my friend, it smells like she rolled in the dirt.
That shouldn't be the point, of course...

Just because of the name ...
... I had to buy this perfume, I have always been a big Sex and the City fan, but unfortunately, I didn't like the first 2 fragrances.
"Sunset" was a blind buy, I just bought it without a tester because I thought a summer edition named after a sunset must be something special.
And yes, for me it is. The first impression of the scent was an association with a freshly cut orange. Then something very floral follows, as the violet leaf joins in. The apple stays more in the background and you only notice it if you know that it's in the top note.
Once you've gotten through this fruity-elegant top note, the scent becomes very powdery, which seems very unusual to me for an EDT (I'm not a fragrance expert ;)).
You can clearly and distinctly smell the vanilla, and the lily of the valley joins in.
In this fragrance, there are always at most 2 components that change rapidly, making it very difficult to describe.
Hardly has the vanilla disappeared, it starts to smell like that typical "cool house scent" of a nursery, if you know what I mean.
And exactly this scent remains until the perfume slowly fades away.
I would personally describe the longevity as good, it lasted about 4 hours. (a lot for me, as EDTs tend to disappear from my skin relatively quickly.)
