Clinic meets patisserie and it becomes magical
I'm usually so out of it as soon as a fragrance gets sweet!
The fact that I'm now writing a review about a sweet fragrance is indication enough that something must be different this time... and very different indeed!
There is no other explanation for the fact that I was overwhelmed by something that I would normally have vehemently kept at arm's length.
I am of course referring to the well-known Baccarat Rouge...
The fragrance that thousands of other people have learned to love or hate before me.
The scent that awakens memories of past cotton candy excesses in many people.
The scent that revives dental phobias.
The scent that elevates slightly burnt sugar to an eroticizing level.
The fragrance that seeks and never finds its equal in the original.
The fragrance that finally freed me from my phobia of sweet scents.
The fragrance that brought me close to nibbling on my sprayed wrists.
The fragrance that simply left me addicted to it, because in addition to this incredibly attractive and delicious sweetness, it also has that clinically pure saffron note that had already sent me into joyful ecstasy with Ganymede!
The fragrance that will enchant me again and again because it is SIMPLY MAGICAL!

Clean machine
Even before I visited the Parfumo page for the first time, I had already spent many hours on YouTube and was carried away by the enthusiasm and beautiful descriptions of fragrances by perfume influencers!
Of course, I also diligently made a note of fragrances that sounded interesting to me and so I came across the fragrance Ganymede relatively quickly.
I have to briefly mention that until then I didn't even know that perfumes were divided into designer and niche, which is why I was all the more excited to finally be able to "inhale" one of these advertised niche fragrances live!
As patience is not exactly my strong point, I quickly ordered my first sample of Ganymede, which I unpacked as soon as it reached my home and quickly disappeared into the bathroom to spray it on a test strip.
And what can I say...
My first thought was: "Wow! Now I understand why people want to spend so much money on a fragrance... It smells like sterile luxury. Incredibly good."
My impatience is just as great as my enthusiasm for things that really wow me!
So I stormed out of the bathroom with the sprayed test strip (unfortunately, I was a little careless in my youthful recklessness and sprayed the test strip heavily) and headed towards the living room to tell my wife about this incredible discovery. Apparently, however, she had already noticed me, attracted by the sounds of delight I made while smelling it, and was on her way to me, which is why we met in the hallway, where I pressed the fragrance strip under her nose with what she told me were shining eyes! "You have to smell this!" I told her with total delight and as the strip was already stuck under her olfactory organ, she didn't have much else to do.
Although she started coughing (her typical reaction when she finds something too strong), she was also immediately delighted.
But I should test the perfume on my skin first and maybe walk around with it for a day before I order it online out of sheer enthusiasm, was her direct message (she knows the dangers of my enthusiasm very well).
So the next morning, I sprayed myself with a few drops and set off in anticipation of many compliments from my colleagues. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out quite as expected. The very first colleague I met took me to one side and asked me what I had fallen for, as I smelled so strong that her nose was about to fall off! Before I could answer her, another colleague came over and asked me if I was the one who smelled so good?
At the end of the day, I was able to summarize that despite the overdose, I only received this one negative review and then only positive ones that day and since then!
What still fascinates me about this fragrance today is this clean saffron note, which makes this fragrance something very special for me, but where the extreme durability and performance definitely play their part! Because this fragrance lasts for days on clothes and is therefore a real machine in this respect...My wholeheartedly adored "clean machine" in the fragrance universe!

It's been almost a year since I joined this wonderful community and since then I have been able to get to know many new, exciting and inspiring fragrances!
One of the very first fragrances that aroused my interest was "Imagination", which made me very curious simply because of its praise.
So I bought my first bottle of Imagination and when it arrived, I immediately sprayed it on with curiosity.
What followed was pure ecstasy!
In every nuance of its being, this fragrance was and is exactly what I had always dreamed of from a fresh fragrance.
A few days later, as so often in recent years, I went to my regular roastery to treat myself to my weekly espresso!
It should be noted that in all this time, the owner had always treated me in a friendly, yet polite and distant manner... Until that day. Because on this day, I had applied Imagination for the first time before setting off and the pleasant cloud that surrounded me apparently also smelled said owner, because she suddenly beamed at me and asked enthusiastically if it was me who smelled so good here? After my wrist answered this question with a clear "yes", she beamed at me again and said:
"This is such an incredibly good smelling perfume. I've never smelled anything so good. For me, you are already MY CUSTOMER OF THE DAY!"
Since that day, I've always been greeted with a smile and, of course, the best flat white in Berlin!"
This fragrance has not only secured a place in my nasal memory for eternity, but also creates encounters that echo forever!
