A creative tea
A creative tea - that's what my parents called a homemade tea, which was served in the evening in summer. We had a summer cottage (dacha) with a veranda and a small kitchen. There was a gas stove and a big tea kettle. Every evening it was someone else's turn to prepare the tea. The leaves of raspberries, black currants, mint and rhubarb belonged to it, but also strawberries, raspberries or blackberries, depending on the taste of the respective "creator". In my tea the raspberries always had the upper hand. Add two cubes of sugar, which soak up the tea and slowly dissolve - so delicious!
And that's how Kalinka-Malinka smells to me. Malinka means "little raspberry" in Russian. It smells like summer, green leaves and raspberries. The top notes here are also the most beautiful to me
Later on, the sweetness is added, and I like that less. This fruity sweetness reminds me of povidl (plum jam) or the filling of Russian "sliva" (plum sweets). I find the first, fresh notes very beautiful and natural, and I wish they had stayed longer on my skin.
A fragrance that for me is a "nice" one, an unobtrusive, bright, pleasant and friendly and at the same time not boring - and very, very Russian. I could do without Povidl, but nobody asked me ... ;-)

Rose is a rose is a rose is a rose....
A rose, alone and unique, from the beginning and to the end.
In the beginning it is cool and fresh, the interplay of bergamot and berries makes it smell metallic and icy.
Oud is not so present here at all, only brings some spicy spice into the game ... and the ice melts ...
Jasmine makes the rose warmer, musk makes it softer. I can't see vanilla at all here. The sweetness is flowery-fruity and very natural. In the base I think I recognize great similarity to Oud Bouquet Lancome.
Arabic? Yes, but at home all over the world.
Striking? Sure - but also very elegant and fine.
For rose lovers, for fans of oriental fragrances - but also for people who appreciate elegant classic fragrances. A beautiful fragrance!

I should probably reconsider my oud classification
Thanks to a nice perfume I was able to test some Provenzano fragrances and thought that they were all very wearable for the "normal consumer". There are interesting and only nice scents and nobody can trigger a reaction like: "OMG like bad, dentist's office, burning gums, puma cage", etc. And then came the bottling of Oud al Fayed.

I'm not much of an oud expert. I can't distinguish different types of Oud by vintage and soil type, whether Cambodian or Indian. I don't think I can even tell a real one from a fake one. It's only clear to me that a 100 ml bucket for 120 Euro can't contain a real one.

And I've also put together a kind of classification, ridiculous for a connoisseur, but another one is not there:

1. Chemistry, medicine: bitter-sour, sharp
2. Cowshed: animal, fecal
3. Forest: fir needles, wood, resin

Oud al Fayed blew up that homemade classification. It includes all three of the above categories, as loud as a fanfare strike in the ear and in a remarkable concentration. You can use that stuff as a smelling salt, it can wake you up from deepest fainting. At this stage I was surprised at the comments made here. But the perfume is really turning into a rose-raspberry-sweet-rose-sweet scent - but the oud is always present. For me personally only after about three hours wearable and pleasant, but you shouldn't be afraid of Oud.

I can't help it, the mob got here first
It wasn't always like that with me and the perfumes: The interest has always been there, I never had less than 10 bottles - but I didn't deal with it, just sniffed at everything and took what I liked with me. This way, instinctively, I found some very beautiful and very much appreciated scents (a blind chicken sometimes finds a grain). My interest in perfumery art, notes and perfumers came when suddenly I couldn't find anything, but really NOTHING, among the bottles that filled the shelves - they all kind of smelled the same or similar. Then I thought about the fragrances that my mom used to wear and that were just beautiful. Then I thought to myself: "Maybe there are these still somewhere, the google I times. For example, Climat Lancome or Mystere Rochas. And so I landed on Parfumo... Okay, long story, I digress, sorry.
So back then - before Parfumo - I only heard of one Provenzano: Bernardo (Binnu the tractor), Cosa Nostra boss from Corleone. The Italian police searched and hunted this guy for 40 years, but he never left Corleone - find the three mistakes! I found the story so funny and absurd! The Americans found Bin Laden faster - and he really hid better. And that's how Provenzano fragrances make me think of Mafia perfumes. I can't help it, the mob was there first.

And there we are (finally): "Nuit de Noces" - wedding night. This wedding is the result of a passionate and hot Sicilian love. Such marriages are not divorced, people live together until old age - or someone is killed by others out of jealousy. "Nuit de Noces" starts off just gorgeous, thick as honey. Bitter Sweet Symphony: Angelica and peel of ripe citrus fruits, heliotrope and vanilla, jasmine and rose in a syrup of melted amber - and all that not too scarce! A dark, sultry night under the Sicilian starry sky: very intense, very warm, very dark. This prelude is almost too difficult for me, but only almost - it is still warm outside. I think I would have enjoyed that in winter. It also becomes quieter after about an hour and a half: flowerier, creamier, sweeter, more sweet - and yes, perhaps also more feminine, but fortunately Angelica's slight bitterness is still there. I think I even smell some coffee - black, strong and sweet. My associations with the Sicilian mafia or not: A very interesting fragrance - beautiful and very worth testing.

Elegant leather
"Leather ,the very first garment worn by human beings at the dawn of time. For ever object of our desire". This is how the fragrance presents itself on the official site.
Soft, light-coloured leather of the finest quality which, in combination with fruits, woods, incense and musk, develops into a very beautiful, creamy-soft and fresh, smoky modern fragrance. In its elegance comparable to Daim Blond, only less sweet, fresher and more modern.
I very much doubt that the "human beings at the dawn of time" smelled similar in their "first garment". And that's a good thing. The fragrance is for me nevertheless, or just because of it, an "object of my desire" - ergo: wish list.
