Watch out for smart spenders!
I've always wanted to enjoy Dior Sauvage.
But the way I am, I don't like to indulge in expensive fragrances, I prefer to use perfume doodles. I always think to myself, "why spend 60€ on the original when you can get the same thing for 20€". And I've never regretted it.
Same here.
For a long time I was looking for a really good copy of Dior Sauvage, I almost gave up the search. Although Zara also makes DS dupes, the heart and base notes drift far from the original.
Scrolling through the Internet store of a well-known perfumery one day, I came across a picture of a bottle called "Writer". Clicked on it out of interest, because the bottle had a certain similarity to the original. In the reviews: "Really great Sauvage copy!", "great therapy with Sauvage character!". And all that for only 19.90.

Quickly entered this "writer" on parfumo.de. Top ratings, excellent performance and in the fragrance twins is also Sauvage with 61 approvals. I hesitated only a few days when I finally ordered this one blindly on the internet.
Package arrived, torn open, package removed.
In my hands I finally held a beautiful glittering package. Inside, a solid bottle. And now pay attention, even the lid of the spray head is magnetic. I have never seen such a high quality solid bottle with magnetic cap and a super atomizer for fabulous 20€
First of all, 1 sprayer on the back of my hand.
Very fruity start with a subtle spice. Already quite similar to DS, but not yet exact. But after about 20 minutes you're ready to go. The fruity one disappears a little, and the spicy one finds its way in. And here it is identical to the original. This light freshness with this unique strong and spicy note can be found here again.
Fantastic smell.
Even in the base note it remains nicely ordered and not spongy.
And this performance is awesome. Yesterday at about 19:00 sprayed on, one day later at about half past eleven still well perceptible.
Conclusion:
I've never seen such a good dupe before. This high-quality bottle, the prelude, the entire fragrance process simply fantastic and so well met.
In addition to this, it has a good shelf life and the Sillage is also right.
There is no reason for doubt here. If you know Sauvage, you can buy it blind, because it's the same :)

Unisex? Absolutely.
Calvin Klein One, an ingenious fragrance.
Purchased about 4 years ago as a change for the summer months. A bargain, 100ml for 25,90,-.

But let's start with the description of the fragrance.
At first it starts quite citric and intense, with a light sweetness.
After about 10 minutes the fragrance appears "tropical" to me. I always think of mango, but this one's not in here at all. It's the papaya. The mandarin slumbers a little behind the bergamot. But the top note isn't bad at all. Better, becomes One in the heart note, then, when this freshness at all possible correctly dominates. Such a great interaction, really tasty. The bergamot is pushed into the background, the "tropical" one remains.
The fragrance slowly increases in sweetness until the base note unfolds. And that's exactly the part I don't like, the scent seems a little spongy to me. One could have kept the certain "tropical" one still. But still the head and heart note is a dream. Good freshness with a slight sweetness.
The sweetness in the fragrance was necessary, because that is exactly what makes it so unisex.

However, the durability is really ridiculous, only 4 hours it lasts. The Sillage is pretty good for that, at least in the top note. In the heart note, it decays a little.

The frosted glass bottle has a great recognition value in any case. Simply designed and lies well in the hand. The spray head does its job.

Conclusion: Tropical, sweet fragrance. Inexpensive, recognizable, but with a mediocre durability.
For me the companion when I don't know what to wear:)

Have a nice Sunday afternoon all of you!

This little scent...
4711 - of course I knew this fragrance, but only from its name, since my childhood. Although I am a very big fan of citric scents, I never paid any attention to this scent, thought it was rather such a typical old-fashioned scent. Just a few months ago I made a blind purchase, grabbed the bottle in the store and went to the checkout. 5.95 à 75ml.
The money was definitely worth it, as it turned out later.
Lid turned off, a few drops on the hand and on the forehead painted.
A very nice start, just like I expected it to be.
This dominating citrus fruit, a dream. You feel like in a cold shower, because after a few seconds the cooling effect starts.

Lemon
Lemon
and lemon again.

A little bit bitter, but that's the way it should be, that's what makes this fragrance so unisex, also good for men to wear.

After about 5 minutes a nice breeze of rosemary sets in. That's what makes this scent so delicious. But citrus fruits clearly dominate.
I don't think lavender was at all...The rosemary gives 4711 a small but fine spicy note, hardly perceptible, but it is there.

And it really is a fragrance that can be used anywhere.
As aftershave, simply as perfume, in midsummer as "air conditioner" etc...
Meanwhile there is also a small one in the car.

Already in possession of my 3 bottle, alone already 2 last summer.

The shelf life is really bad, the whole pleasure lasts only half an hour... I am still looking for an alternative with better shelf life, but definitely not Neroli Portofino. 200€ for a perfume! I'm out of it. Anybody got an idea?

I cannot understand why this fragrance has an image as a "fragrance for older people". Well...maybe because of the bottle...but cologne smells timeless!

The bottle is definitely unique, recognizable, eye-catching.
High-quality, thick glass, beautiful label.
Only the splash could be a bit wider, you have to shake it a bit so that a few drops fall on your hand. But that doesn't stop you from buying this fragrance, you can get it with an atomizer. But what I noticed, the smaller the bottle, the more intense is the fragrance.
I compared the 150ml output with the 75ml, the latter was much stronger, the 150ml slightly "aqueous".

I come to the end, I hope the fragrance stays for a few more decades, not that it disappears from the shelves.
Fresh, timeless, brilliant. So a correct description for 4711 would be:)

Have a nice summer!

Zara surprised me:
The story:
I was in town, went into a shopping mall, my plan was a new perfume, more precisely Montblanc Legen Spirit. He had been on my wish list for a long time.
But he went into Zara first.

On my way to the clothes this big selection of perfume slowed me down.

I took this one and sprayed it on. I immediately got Legend Spirit in my head, and I didn't think that would work yet.
I pulled out my cell phone, went to this wonderful site called parfumo.de, clicked on my wish list and then on Legend Spirit, looked for scented twins and actually discovered Teahupoo. I looked at the performance.
Teahupoo: 7,0. 12€ á 100ml
Legend Spirit: 6,6. 42,90€ á 30ml.

I trusted parfumo that the durability is better than with the L.S, so I immediately took that with me and stroked L.S.
Then I sniffed around and discovered even more scents that were similar to my favorites, but which I didn't have yet.
I took it with me, too.

To the fragrance:
Starts very fruity, tropical, slightly citric. Then it runs into wood, but here fruit dominates. So the scent remains until it disappears, in great scent especially for the younger.

The performance is top, the Sillage however only mediocre. But no reason to put that away.

Price: I paid 12€ for this one. A proud hundred milliliters are in there.

The bottle was clearly stolen by Boss, lies very well in the hand, is quite heavy, the green-turquoise matt glass fits perfectly.
The atomizer sprays a nice wide long breeze on, also pointed.
Not, but also really nothing at all works cheaply.

Conclusion: Tropical fragrance, good durability, you don't smell that often, very affordable, great bottle, everything great.

Finally, I actually went into a perfumery, comparing L.S to Teahupoo hand to hand, minimal difference. The L.S is much more citric, looks a little more noble.
But Teahupoo is the clear winner:)

That's the scent I'm looking for!
I had been interested in Mercedes-Benz Cologne for a long time, but never got the chance to buy it. Discovered today by chance at Zara a shelf with many scents, tested the first 2:
Dior Sauvage. Pure Dior Sauvage copy.
Well then, let's move on to the next!
Blue Hole, and first thought about what smell it reminded me of.

After a short pause for thought, when I had to think about MB Cologne, the scent grabbed me so much that I had to take it with me.

To the fragrance.
Lemon.
Lemon only.
That's it.
No special features, but that's exactly what makes the fragrance so ingenious.
I really can't smell anything else except that vigorous lemon...or wars Bergamot?

I do not know, I then went with 3 more scents from the Zara branch.

In a café then the unboxing:
The packaging comes in transparent, the bottle is protected in a plastic cover.
The bottle is quite wide (100ml) and especially heavy. The cap fits well.
The spray head is easy to operate and the atomizer sprays a loooong breeze. Great!

The shelf life is good for a fresh fragrance, better than Dior Homme C and MB C., the Sillage is strong.

For 12,99€ a real bargain, I'm even thinking about buying a second bottle of it, because Zara changes the assortment every month:)
