In my opinion, Black Gemstone is the world's best men's perfume. On myself (as a woman), I don't like it that much because it's a bit too dark for me. On my husband, however - wow. I would love to eat him up when he wears it :D
I find the combination of the cool freshness, which only briefly appears like a sunbeam at sunset, with the incredibly dark notes simply maximally seductive. At the same time, the scent is not so dark that it would smell animalistic - rather, woods, resins, and a smoky feeling dominate here. It's as if the man I have known well for years is suddenly enveloped in a mysterious aura, and I can get to know him all over again. Incredible!
We originally only had a sample, but the scent will definitely be under the Christmas tree this year. Actually a gift for him, but in truth, I’m more gifting myself when I get to smell it on him every day. :D
