Cream dream everyday fragrance Cheapie as a gift
I, keen on a cream fragrance that shouldn't cost much, browse the "creamy" category on Parfumo with the filter "top price-performance ratio".
The parameters are set.
Then I see S.Oliver, drugstore. Hm, first doubt, but hey, if you're looking for cheapies, you can never be biased.
The reviews seem to describe exactly what I'm looking for. Off to the list.
2 weeks go by.

I'm at the station, the train arrives in 30 minutes, why not stroll through Rossmann?
HALT! There was a drugstore candidate on my list. Off to the perfumes.
There it is, without a tester and I have a 30% coupon for S.Oliver fragrances.
No risk no fun, blind buy made.
It smells on the train, how practical that I have something with me.
I spray it on and it's all over me.

This clean, creamy, neat scent covers up the stink of the full Regio, at least for the time being. No one will be bothered by the fragrance, because everyone needs it. This creamy everyday fragrance that will never annoy or bother anyone.
What a blind buy that hit the mark perfectly. And such a bargain too!
A fragrance for the handbag and next to the bed, a little dream of Cheapie from the drugstore and one that makes an excellent gift.

Love at first sniff

Simple, carefree, beautiful.
I received this fragrance as a gift and it is just beautiful.
Although there is no plum in the notes, it reminds me of a warm plum tart, just without the cinnamon, with tangy citrus notes instead.
More specifically, it reminds me of a lunchtime with coffee/tea and plum cake on the terrace with the family at Easter/Pentecost and sunny, warm weather.

The citrus notes are not intrusive, however, but round off the fragrance experience perfectly and keep the fragrance in the summer/spring to maximum fall range.
The fragrance smells neat, floral and pleasant. The jasmine is not overpowering, but together with the cedar provides a cozy warmth.
However, anyone expecting a classic rose fragrance will be disappointed here, as the centifolia gives off more of a peony essence, which is expressed in a subtle floral note and not in the form of the typical rose.
As always, the longevity unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired and the sillage is also only moderate.

Conclusion: A great fragrance for those carefree, sunny spring days when you wake up in a light mood and don't do anything too stressful.

Summery feel-good fragrance
Received this fragrance as a gift and what can I say? It is exceptional and has a feel-good factor.

Although coconut is not present, the combination gives me a coconut-frangipani fragrance that cannot be confused. I don't notice the rose despite its presence in the top and heart notes.

The fragrance is reminiscent of a warm, southern sea breeze. The vanilla and amber wood round off the interplay between the mandarin and the powdery milk and create this wonderful coconut frangipani note, which fortunately is not too sweet, but rather creamy and powdery. An ideal combination for spring/summer for a fall and winter fragrance lover.
Anyone looking for a cuddly winter fragrance in a subtle/unfrilly summer version will be happy here.
Unfortunately, however, the durability leaves a lot to be desired.

Conclusion: A wonderful summer fragrance with a recognition factor.

Headache candidate vs solid spring fragrance
I was sent 2 free samples of "Perfect". Once the EdP (2020) and this new flanker.
In direct comparison, this EdT loses, but the fragrance is still not bad.
The fragrance is green and fresh, but quickly becomes annoying due to the synthetics, the creaminess or the sweetness present despite the green-fresh notes, or all of these together(?). Something unidentifiable about it qualifies it as a headache candidate for me. However, this is probably something purely personal and I can well imagine that many people like it neutrally or at least don't mind it.

If you can tolerate the fragrance and favor somewhat sweet but green scents, it is probably ideal. The narcissus provides the sweet factor, the cedarwood offers a solid base that "lifts" the fragrance together with the pepper in the opening. In addition, the knotweed (presumably it is knotweed, never seen bird knotweed in a fragrance before) provides the necessary freshness and green aspect.
It is not a fragrance that you have never smelled before, but it is therefore a potential candidate for someone who is looking for a simple but good leisure fragrance for spring.
The longevity is limited, which is normal for freshies, and the sillage is only average. The bottle is a matter of taste, but actually quite cute and fits the fragrance range.

Definitely worth testing for fans of green, slightly sweet women's fragrances and those who are looking for their new spring fragrance and are not the vanilla-tonka-incense type.

Clover and blue rain? Lily of the valley!
A blind buy and impulse purchase. 30ml for 6 euros? Give it to me.
Once I got home, I sprayed it on and realized that the water smells absolutely like lily of the valley. It's just that the lily of the valley lacks that one rounding that allows the essence to unfold.

Zara has already created masterpieces for the price, this fragrance is not one of them. But it is perfectly fine. Slightly alcoholic (but in the good way, if you can call it that, one that provides freshness) and simply floral.
It's not long-lasting, of course, but you wouldn't really expect it to be. A no-brainer without the wow factor, suitable for everyday use.

Conclusion: A pocket fragrance that you can always carry with you and spray in the elevator if it stinks. A fragrance for everyday life. Discreet, undemanding, inexpensive and pleasant.
