The Creed-BR540 Hybrid?
Sounds good? 6/6 perfumes can't be wrong if this fragrance gets a 9.9 here. Al Haramaine offers very moderately priced fragrances, with which I haven't had any bad experiences so far (of the 1 fragrances I've tested so far, well noticed).
So bang, 15% from the online retailer, ordered.
Ten days later, he was with me. It comes in a pretty gold printed bottle. It should smell similar to BR540, of which there should be enough clones by now.
With the first sprayer I also got exactly this burned sugar baccarat impression. Definitely a nice, sweet smell. I was a bit irritated by the floral notes (Tagetes? Veillchen?) in the head and heart, which are slightly pungent.
When the base note slowly penetrates, it reminds me more and more of Aventus Creed; it definitely has a certain freshness that BR540 doesn't have.
So the perfect BR540/Creed-Hybrid?
Wait, we've been through this somewhere before? Anyway, I don't have a comparable one in my collection so far, I will certainly wear it for going out...so about 2022 probably. :)

Well-being at the push of a button
My entry into the world of niche fragrances was with Tom Ford TV, only 1.5 years ago.
At the Tom Ford counter I had some scents sprayed on test cards. My first impression was "it takes some getting used to but interesting" and I put the card into my pocket. I could smell the scent from my pocket during the whole train ride and I think it was a little bit uncomfortable to possibly overtax my environment with such a loud, spicy scent in the middle of summer.
I put the card on the back of the sofa at home and went to sleep. The next morning I came into the living room and noticed a very pleasant but unknown scent. It was a nice, warm vanilla scent. In fact I could still perceive TV in the air. I then hardly took my nose off the map; what an interesting, warm, spicy and round vanilla scent!
It was also the time when my grandmother was seriously ill and could not live much longer. The perfume had something comforting for me, every time I smelled it - mind you, still on the menu.
I took these with me for two more days and smelled it from time to time. Immediately I had a warm and comfortable feeling in my stomach
I wished this perfume for my birthday, because it was more than just a fragrance to me. It was a comforter, a kind of scent therapy. The first and so far only fragrance I wished for as a gift.
I like to wear TV on special occasions, low-dose (one spray, but I never put more than two on it anyway) even to work. My colleagues love it on me. Well, I only have female colleagues :D.
Above all, I regularly smell the bottle in the evening before going to bed, to take this warm and cosy feeling with me to bed.
In the prelude I perceive it very spicy, the carnation stands out strongly. Shortly afterwards I smell fresh tobacco and sweet vanilla. In the course of time the tobacco notes become more dominant until after about 2-3h the vanilla becomes more and more dominant. But relatively linear in the remaining 10 hours, in which I perceive the scent clearly on my skin.
