For me, the 90s were the perfume era par excellence. A lot of new fragrances were developed, and the longevity of some fragrances and their intensity are still unrivaled today. For men's fragrances, "Escada pour Homme (Eau de Parfum) | Escada" was my personal No. 1

After years of unsuccessful searching, I found a good but tamer alternative a few months ago in "Amaryllis / Amaryllis Bianco | Panama 1924" and now somewhat weaker, but more tobacco-heavy, in "Triumph of Bacchus (Eau de Parfum) | Argos"
Although Bacchus does not have the oomph of Escada, which could still be smelled on clothes a week later, it has a sexiness about it that is very rare for me to find in modern fragrances. Perhaps "Triumph of Bacchus (Extrait de Parfum) | Argos" can keep up with it, let's give it a try.
