Celebration at the finca
I'm not sure what we're celebrating, but we're alive and that's probably a good enough reason. On a hill, in the shade of the finca, close friends and relatives are waiting at the table on wooden benches with black metal fittings. I will join them. I'm wearing linen because of the heat. It makes me look more grown-up than I wanted, but I seem to like it.
We laugh and eat. Across the long table, my special guest looks at me through the noise of the conversations and smiles. He must have brought me something. A bygone art of creating something perfect that has been there so many times before: the lemon cake - it catches my nose. At last they have listened to my wishes and not made it too sweet. It's perfect, vanilla, creamy, lemony.
After the meal, we round off the afternoon and doze off on loungers under the lemon trees. And the cake is still on my mind.

This is a brilliant summer fragrance and combines fresh lemon with creaminess. A treat and something of its own. It starts with a grown-up pinch of pepper mixed with refreshing lemon/bergamot. However, it quickly develops the recognizable creamy note. Vanilla and tonka bean lead to the "cake image". The ginger lends a slight spiciness and prevents you from getting tired of the cake.

There is little to say about it. Once you've tried it, you fall in love, or you go to Allure Homme Sport Eau Extrême. For me, however, this one is the clear winner, as the creaminess in summer offers a different kind of freshness alongside the citrus.

The longevity and sillage are good for a fresh summer fragrance, for me it lasts at least 8 hours. The bottle is old-school and classy, the sprayer is good. Only the cap would have deserved a better mechanism for the rather high price (for a designer fragrance).

Epilogue:
The assessment of durability is not linear.
A 1 for me is a durability of less than an hour.
An 8 means you spray it on early in the morning and can still smell the most important fragrance notes late in the evening.
A 9 will still be audible and recognizable the next morning according to the same scale.
Anything above that is no longer user-friendly, but speaks for quality, which is why it is awarded a 10 (both 1 week and 3 days deserve the same rating, due to the lack of benefit for the user).
I give it a subjective rating between 1 and 8. The criteria are the longevity itself, the development over time and also the recognizability of the perfume.

A garden with a lake
It is pleasantly warm. Sitting on a red-brown wooden bench on the small, natural lake is a pleasant experience. It is secluded, almost hidden - a place just for me alone. A gravel path leads around it. Young lemon trees grow up the sides. I like to stroll along there and forget the time.
After a walk around the lake, I like to sit down on the bank and dip my feet in the cooling water. The lush green grasses and violets smell so fresh. Melt away, but the mint from my lemonade cools me down. Naturally cloudy and freshly squeezed, natural and not sweet.
I like going home in the evening, because now I can spray on the experience whenever I want.

This fragrance is compared to Allure Homme Édition Blanche Eau de Parfum and I can understand that because of the citrus and pepper, but I own both and they don't clash. The Chanel develops slightly sweet, vanilla-like with a slight creaminess, while this one remains green and minty.

The fragrance starts strongly citrusy with a cooling minty note. It smells pleasant, but it doesn't blow you away at first - almost like any other citrus scent. After a short time, however, it develops something that I have never experienced before. The fresh citrus is complemented by a beautiful natural green, namely the violet leaf, the ginger and the changing mint. With the pepper, it matures into a mature fragrance that is no longer a citrus-freshie, but knows what it wants thanks to spicy green notes with a slight sharpness.
It feels very true to nature, although the green note will predominate once it has developed. A tip for citrus fans who want something more mature and natural.

The sillage is not particularly good, but who doesn't like to spray more often? The longevity reaches 6-7 hours for me, which is okay for such a fragrance, but not outstanding.
I like the look of the bottle, but the cap is a bit cheap. The sprayer, on the other hand, is strong.

The beach bar.
... becomes an Egyptian milk bath.
The sunrise looks outstanding, sitting on woven stools. The cool morning air blows the cut-out pineapple in my direction, plunging it deep into a milk-filled coconut. This is how you spend the first hours of the day.
By midday, my eyes are burning slightly, I must have dozed off. Who can blame me, it's so relaxed. The place has changed... but back.
It can stay that way, after all, it's too hectic in the modern age anyway and the Egyptian goddess's bath looks too inviting. It won't be forbidden to use the royal bath. As soon as you step in, you are surprised. The legend of the donkey's milk in which she bathed must have been wrong. Instead, it is a slightly sweet, vanilla milk that envelops the body in a creamy slurp. It is beautifully fresh and yet warmingly pleasant. Well... that's more in keeping with Cleopatra's luxuriousness.
I doze off and wake up to find myself standing in the perfumery, daydreaming, smelling the test strip soaked in Leisure in Paradise. Paradise, truly. But that of the modern age and that of a bygone era. That must be how they imagined it and tried to get there in pyramids, now it's in the cuboid and it's coming to me.

First of all, I would like to say that this is my first fragrance that I bought based on a personal consultation in a perfumery. However, it is not my first niche fragrance.

This fragrance is for anyone who finds Malibù - Party in the Bay a little too abrasive. But regardless of that, it is the better choice for me. It is much creamier and has a more pleasant coconut note.

The fragrance starts off quite sweet when you spray it on. The pineapple is clearly recognizable, the papaya is recognizable if you have the notes in your head. It surprises with an incredible creaminess. Milky, coconut, vanilla. The scents are perceptible exactly as you would imagine them in their most beautiful form. With this fragrance, Simone Andreoli paints the best interpretation of the individual ingredients in the mind of anyone who is granted the pleasure of listening to the admittedly surprisingly full-bodied sillage.

After a while - after 4 hours on my skin - the sweetness recedes considerably and the same milky, creamy vanilla remains. This is joined by a slightly woody undertone. Very subtle and base-enhancing.

After about 8 hours on my skin, the fragrance almost fades, but a slight milky-vanilla note still remains.

The sillage of 4 sprays fills a room that you enter shortly afterwards. However, it is not overpowering but gentle and light until everyone is enveloped in it and can feel at ease.

The bottle is discreet, elegant and average, the spray is good.

Unbelievable
First of all: I bought the Sunrise on the Red Sand Dunes (not Intense) first and can therefore compare them. I fell in love with the fragrance straight away.

The Intense version goes one better. Both smell nice and tangy, sweet and have a pleasant tea note. The Intense is slightly less sweet, which is very good for the fragrance.

Admittedly, it starts off very sweet. Mandarin, lemon and orange blossom complemented by a light ginger scent. This is quite nice for a short time, but you can't stand it for long. Fortunately, the sweetness recedes somewhat after a short time and you are left with a pleasant tea fragrance with a slight sweetness. The same combination, but the ginger comes out a little more and is joined by a minimal incense and tonka bean note. The fir balsam cannot be smelled directly, but it gives the scent a light balsamic quality in the nose - very pleasant.

I have tested other LV Imagination dupes and have to say that they are less sweet, but the idea remains the same. However, I like the sweetness that it retains after the first few minutes. For me, it doesn't matter whether it's an Imagination Dupe or closer to L'Immersite - it smells fantastic on its own. Perfect for spring and summer, perhaps not at 30 degrees, but definitely doable thanks to the balm.

The durability has improved significantly compared to the non-Intense version, so it lasts about seven hours on me. After that, it is still perceptible, but you would never think that it is this fragrance.

The bottle is quite beautiful, with its clean lines and dark top. The atomizer is golden and is quite respectable for the price, it works better than the Boss one. The cap, on the other hand, is very cheap, but makes a funny "plop" sound. For the price, you don't expect that much, unless you know Lattafa or other new Arabic brands. They offer a better presentation for the price.

For me, however, this is one of the best fragrances ever and that's what matters. Solid longevity makes it irresistible for me to wear.

Blind Buy
It is said to be a dupe of Louis Vuitton's Imagination, or at least based on it. I've never tested the Imagination myself, so I can't pass judgment on it.

As a stand-alone fragrance, however, it is convincing anyway.
It smells like a cold green tea with a slight sweetness. You find yourself biting into it.

It starts intensely, with a strong sillage. But that subsides, after which you are left with a normal intensity - pleasant with two sprays. It lasts about 7 hours on me, after which a very slight tart note remains. Also a very pleasant scent, almost a fragrance in its own right, but too weak for that.

Considering the price, you can almost blindly buy this fragrance if you are an iced tea fan or appreciate a good fresh tea.

The bottle is beautiful, angular and clear. The cap is a bit cheap but the atomizer is good.

Epilogue:
The durability rating is not linear.
For me, a 1 is a shelf life of 2 hours.
An 8 means you spray it on early in the morning and can still smell the most important fragrance notes late in the evening.

Anything above that is no longer user-friendly, but speaks for quality, which is why it is awarded a 10 (both 1 week and 3 days deserve the same rating, due to the lack of benefit for the user).
I give it a subjective rating between 1 and 8. The criteria are the durability itself, the development over time and also the recognizability of the perfume.

Since fragrance is very subjective and the evaluation of sillage is only based on feedback from third parties, the evaluation of price-performance only refers to the evaluation of durability in conjunction with the quality impression, corrected by the quality impression. Quality impression, corrected by a personal assessment.
