Knee before the statue
Fatale is the younger brother of Martyr . There are several similarities based on pepper and resins but Fatale is warmer, more spicy due to more pepper and underline of strong amber note with flowers like Iris and Osmanthus. While opening could be a bit better as it's remind cleaned hospital corridors it evelops to great spicy, oriental scent.
I have to say something about bottle cap because it's the best I've ever seen in perfumes. It's a figure inspired by Roman and Greek statues and it contain marble powder and ash. Cap is provided with blindfold but I don't remove it from my bottle as it looks even better.

Citrusy boom
This is superb opening. Usually all citrusy fragrances smells chemical, synthethic like cleaning products. This perfumes has the best citrus opening I've ever smelled. It's almost like like real lemon and it's followed by fruity-sweety orange and lime. For the first 10-15 minutes you can smell the sour and sweet. In next phases I can smell rose and woods but nothing extraordinary. I wish to give better rating but only opening is worth to mention.

Hate or love
I'm standing with the 2nd group. Even tought I really like good perfumes with natural ingridients I don't smell nothing horrific. There are powerful marine notes in this composition which totally covers you from head to toes. I guess some more sensitive noses might react like that. I have the bottle of Black Sea and I've got a couple of compliments from different people. I was even offering split and mililitres were bought very quickly. Great scent for summer!

Underrated scent
To be honest I was surprised with this perfumes as it's not very popular scent but in the meantime it's a nice lavender-apple blend with great parameters as EDP. Many extraits doesn't have such sillage and longevity as this perfumes and cost to quality ratio is great! As a cons it's a bit synthetic but it doesn't stand out so it's ok.

Tea for everyone
One of 3 compositions made by Chronicles (01.2026). I like the idea of creating perfumes related to historical events. Boston Tea Party is a good choice to present the tea blend.

From very start to you can smell the black tea mixed with bergamot which in later phase transform into jasmine and osmanthus tea which is interesting as these notes are not officialy listed. Some time ago I had a chance to smell in perfumery some tea perfumes from One Day brand and they smell very similar.

What I don't really smell in Boston Tea Party is this marine and salt notes. Maybe just a bit. It's more green, flowery, citrusy than aquatic. In the drydown I can smell a bit of woods, leather and ambergis. If I were Alan Balewski I would add smoky and tobacco notes to make this perfumes even more close to this historical event.

All in all it's one of the best tea composition and should be wearable for everyone.
